attached to my bike right away, padding is firmer than the last cheap seat I had, but had to adjust the screws since they were loose out of the box

We got a beautiful little Chihuahua crocheted figure as a memory of our beloved dog who was our companion for 16 years. Excellent quality to display.

Product failed to arrive and advised…

Company asked me to email them with order number which I promptly did and I’ve heard nothing but a computer generated response. Customer service is appalling and I’m no nearer getting a refund

Product failed to arrive and advised company. Asked for refund and nothing yet. They are very poor at responding to emails and I certainly would not buy from them again
The company asked me to contact them y email with order number which I did and I get a computer generated acknowledgment and nothing else. Absolutely dreadful customer service.avoid this company

I thought I was supposed to get free delivery

I thought I was supposed to get free delivery for tomorrow, but I was still charged $21 for shipping. Customer service replied very quickly and was helpful, which I appreciate. However, they mentioned that the shipping fee can only be refunded after the package is signed for, which left me a little disappointed.

I have used the product but as not done what it says so want be baying again it says help gums not

IT’S A SCAM

It’s a fake overpriced product. The quality is not safe when being used. I sent it back as I did not feel safe to use it. Majority of these companies that advertise on social media are scams. To price a product very high and then offer 70% discount is definitely a scam.
