After reviewing your order, the item purchased was very short-dated stock and had unfortunately passed its date at the time of processing. To ensure we never dispatch unsuitable products, the order was automatically cancelled and a full refund was issued promptly.

We understand the cancellation message may have been unclear, and we apologise for not providing a clearer explanation at the time.

To clarify on pricing, the product currently listed is a new batch with approximately 1 year shelf life (expiry date), which is why it is priced higher. This is standard in grocery retail, where fresh stock carries a different value compared to short-dated items.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry for the difficulties you’ve experienced with your delivery. According to the official tracking information from Royal Mail/Parcel Force, several delivery attempts were made to your address. We apologise that a calling card was not left on those occasions, as it should have been.

To assist, our team emailed you directly with the depot’s contact details so you could arrange a redelivery at a convenient time. The parcel has also been available for collection at Kingston Upon Thames and Surbiton CSP.

If the parcel is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us. As soon as it is scanned back into our system, your refund will be issued immediately.

We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience. The black socks you received were our last pair in stock at the time. As no specific colour was selected when the order was placed, our team dispatched the available colour. We completely understand this may not have been your preference.

We’ve reached out to offer you an alternative sock design in either Blue or Grey and will gladly send your replacement as soon as we receive the return of the black pair. Our goal is always to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’d like to make this right for you.

Thank you for your feedback. Our mop heads are made to UK standard size and designed to fit standard mop sticks. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t fit as expected in your case.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days — no questions asked — and we’ll gladly arrange a refund once it’s returned.
