Ormskirk Pets Reviews

I only ordered a dog rain jacket but I mailed to check on delivery and they were so quick coming back to me and gave me honest timescales - apologising
They upgraded standard delivery to express on that basis and whilst they didn’t need to, I really appreciated it
Their prices are mostly better than other big companies but wanted to support a little business

Thank you ormskirk pets - really impressed

Has large stock and very efficient. Nice dog bowls.

Love this site, so easy to use and amazing prices, great selection i can always get everything for my dogs and a brilliant delivery service too. Wouldn't go anywhere else, never a problem over the years we have been using and would definitely highly recommend to anyone

Fabulous company with a lovely caring customer service. Sadly I might not need them for a while now after have my boy euthanised but I wanted to leave them a five star 'thank you' for a reliable subscription service at the best price.

Used this shop online for the first time and really impressed with not only the quality of the goods, but their service, communication and excellent packaging. I ordered a box of Good boy rawhide and two large ceramic dog water bowls which were well protected in plenty of bubble wrap. Box arrived in three days from ordering and all goods arrived safe and sound. Will certainly use them again as their prices are the best I’d found searching the internet and it’s so nice to find a UK company which still gives competitive prices and first rate service. Thank you 🐶

Easy to navigate website, excellent selection with very competitive pricing. Very quick, helpful response if a query arises, whats not to like?

Great family run business, very efficient, kept me in the loop re my order status, even the dog got excited when the parcel arrived……a box that said ‘super-licious chicken sticks……not so excited when I withdrew a v smart muzzle that fits her well. Thank you Ormskirk pets 🐾🐾

I contacted the company by email because I had not had an update on my order. They quickly responded to explain that one item was out of stock. When I told them that I needed the items by the next day (I was expecting to cancel the order) they kindly arranged for the in stock items to be delivered in time, with the out of stock item to follow later. Great communication, great prices, great customer service. Thank you.
