I had issue with using the Ormskirk website. I contacted them by e-mail . They sorted the problem quickly and efficiently . Excellent small company , very quick deliveries

Had problems ordering online. Customer service persevered until they sorted it! Have ordered from them for years, never a problem before today and lovely people to deal with. Certainly won’t be going anywhere else for my pups treats. PS got my eye on one of their lovely beds in their new range!!

Excellent communication and went the extra mile to source an unexpectedly out of stock product. Very quick delivery despite hiccup and, as usual, very good prices.

We've made a couple of orders now and have been pleased with what we've received.
Our pup loves one particular toy, it's like a security blanket for her. They always have plenty in stock and she has no idea that she has a different one in each room and in her car seat.
Ormskirk is our definite go to for ordering. We appreciate it's a small business and we want to support them.

Great service. I think if items are in stock its very fast. If you are getting items from a supplier first then it slows down.

However overall good service and customer service are friendly.

Place a order and no surprises evri messed it up,no fault of ormskirk so i contacted ormskirk pets and they sorted it out very quickly and sent out replacements which I received a couple of days later,the customer service was outstanding it's good to know there is still some companies that now how to deal with customers and very good prices to boot.

I can always guarantee if I place an order the chances are I will get my order the next day. Where else can you get that service and always reasonable prices?

Fantastic company, great customer service and great products at affordable prices.

Ordered and paid for Alpha dog food on 1-2 day express delivery on morning of 31/7 order wasn’t despatched until 04/08 meaning I had to go out and find another supplier (as puppy only supplied with 3 days food)…what’s the point of express delivery, also no way of contacting this company and they don’t respond to the contact form.

We had a very poor and costly experience with Ormskirk Pets.

I like the idea of supporting a smaller business over the big online retailers and not all independent places are like this, but at the end of the day shopping with Ormskirk Pets was a frustrating endeavour that cost money.

The bottom line is that the pictures of what they are advertising are not the actual items you receive.

In my case they pictured more expensive products available from the same manufacturer as "illustrations".

When I raised it with them after the incorrect order arrived, they were not helpful, and pointed out that had I scrolled down 4 pages on my phone and read their small print which appears below their adverts for other products that I didn't want to buy, which were below the item I was actually ordering, then I would have seen that they had no intention of sending out the items actually pictured.

It was necessary to return the incorrect order at my own expense for a partial refund, which was inconvenient and now I am out of pocket, just because I made the mistake of choosing Ormskirk Pets.

While its tempting to not use the large online platforms, my own personal experience is that Ormskirk Pets simply can't compete without resorting to what felt like dishonesty and deception.

I am left feeling cheated by them and frustrated.

Why would you not picture the item you are actually selling?

If you instead display a picture of something that has twice the value in your advert, it is obviously going to mislead people.

You shouldn't have to need to watch your back like this when shopping online.

The commmunication was good at first and received all the orders. But recently I have sent 2 emails over 2 weeks and not received a reply because I ordered some dog food recently and they have taken the money but not received the item. I also cancelled the subscription because they can only get one flavour of the dog food all the other flavours are sold out. I will not be ordering from this company again and there is no phone number to speak to anyone. I'm being quite generous giving 3 stars. I will be contacting my bank as they owe me £19.

Their products are cheaper than anywhere else I have visited, important to me because I am retired with 2 dogs so need treats for them. I love the fact that I can receive the products within two days, the fact that they communicate so i know what is happening, and the fact that they use EVRI to deliver to my place. With Evri, I am guaranteed delivery will definitely be made to my front door. Some courier drivers think leaving the parcels at my gate is the same as leaving these at my front door. But passing traffic will find it easy to pick the parcel and leave. Then I have to argue with seller that parcel is missing. Tiring.

Very quick delivery, great product, Joules dog bed and a free Good Boy chew which my dog loved! Great communication.
