Ok pillow - customer services poor
Pillow arrived late and when I tried contacting company via email/phone/messenger no response and they blocked me which didn’t bode well as I only wanted answers to where the item was and of course, this was so unprofessional. Pillow ok not the best ergonomic pillow I’ve had and I bought the case too so pillow keeps sliding off bed - maybe I fidget too much! Overall: pillow ok, bit overpriced and it’s a shame the customer service so poor (non existent) as you query the authenticity of the company which is sad if they are trying hard to build it up.

I ordered on June the 9th and received…
I ordered on June the 9th and received a notification thanking me for my order and to say the item has been dispatched. It seems that it has showing as processing at the transport hub since 8.48 pm on the 10th. I contacted tbpc to say the item hasn't arrived although it was supposed to be express delivery. I'm now wondering if it is a scam . I did get a reply from tbpc initially asking for the order number, but after responding to them haven't received any further update. Contacting Evri ( the delivery company) they said it would be delivered on the 16 and they would contact me on the 17th before 10 am if I hadn't received it still.
It is now 15.45 on 17th and I've still had no contact . I can only presume that tbpc are poor payers to the courier company or Evri are just being useless as usual; but either way TBPC are seemingly terrible at customer service. I also tried calling them on their number which is only a mobile number, which again seems very suspicious.
I certainly wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

Customer service were really responsive and helpful. The pillow itself is a god-send. I haven't had neck pain since I have been using it. It's a winner for me.

Best buy ever.
Initially I though buying a pillow for this price was expensive, but would give it a try and if it didn't work I could get a refund. Bit dubious when it arrived as it looked like a rolled up newspaper but it gradually expanded. After just two nights no more stiff neck or shoulders in the morning. Well happy, wished I'd tried it earlier. Would definitely recommend this product. I am not saying this because I think it's what the manufacturer wants to hear, I am saying it because for me it has really worked and improved my mornings, usually spent stretching to relieve the stiffness !

I can’t comment on the use of the pillow as it’s for an upcoming holiday but the purchase and delivery was great so no complaints. Delivered my pillow very quickly and efficiently.

Just into my fourth night
Just into my fourth night. So far I have noticed an improvement in the way my neck and shoulders feel in the morning. My only down side is that the pillow slides about on the bed quite a bit. We use cotton sheets.

very pleased with the prompt delivery after making my order online.
unfortunately I purchased the pillow because it was being recommended that my snoring at night would be much improved. But according to my dear husband, it has made no difference at all !! I have slept on it this past 3 nights.

Poor quality pillow case
The pillow case that was on the pillow is very poor quality. It matted and bobbled within a few days of receiving the pillow. I have not tried the extra one I bought as yet. Can I be sent a replacement pillow case please.

Great pillow
I purchased this pillow last week.
I always have disturbed sleep for not being able to find
a comfortable position.
This pillow seems to have helped already.
Not even a week using it yet.
I love it.No stiff neck in the morning.
I know it will help me try to get restful sleep rather than tossing and turning all night long

No indication on size or dimensions of…
No indication on size or dimensions of the pillow so it does seem larger than expected.
There should be some indication on the website listing about what body type it would suit as i'm a slim frame and petite.
Surely that goes against the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 if you mis-describe something's size or leave it out?
I may have to return it.

Dreadful service, been waiting over two weeks despite paying for express service. Emailed and no response.
Telephoned and got through to a call centre who promised it would be with me the next day- guess what, it wasn’t.
Still waiting , beginning to doubt it’s even a real company , buyer beware !!!
Update- despite comment saying it would be here, it isn’t. I’m now being told it’s DHL fault
