I am a domestic Electrician in London and I don't usually do metal conduits. I found this website out of the need to have everything precut, threaded and delivered for a quick cable-run to match the design for the client. Smooth communication with customer service, perfect cuts and threaded and delivered in time of great quality product. I was happy, so was my client, everything looked beautiful. I will definitely approach them again for my future projects. Thank you guys for doing a great job with customer service as well.

Advertising was clear and helpful enabling me to buy exactly what I needed. The pendant lights look authentic and high quality and give the classic look I was after for the kitchen. Delivery was punctual and as stated and everything surpassed my expectations. I switch these lights on much more than the previous ones as they add so much more to the room and they look equally good switched off. Great product.

I returned 2 x Holt wall lights as I was very disappointed in the quality of these items.
There wasn't any seal between the top and bottom parts and were so badly formed that there were gaps all the way round. There wasn't any glass over the bulb, so these are completely open to the elements and unsuitable for outside use. The screw threads were out of alignment so one of the brass screws was crooked and on one of the lights the bulb didn't even fit properly. It cost me £18 to return these lights as they wanted them returned in a specific manner otherwise they wouldn't refund your money - in this case £189.

Customer service is just horrible, I’ve never had such bad service in my life. Takes at least 2 days to reply and my issue is still unresolved. Seller wouldn’t provide a prepaid return label even though legally I have the right to return damaged good at no cost to me. Even after providing photos of the damage, they are still in denial. The fact that they are not disclosing imperfections of what they are selling (and still deliberately sells it) tells me they are trying to clear stock by misleading buyers and makes it extremely painful to get anything returned. It’s just a big scam. I have since filed a dispute claim with my bank invoking the customer rights act.

Disappointing quality and poor customer service

I ordered a pendant light, three wall lights and a serving tray, and unfortunately I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of all of the items.

The pendant arrived with broken glass, the wall lights have an uneven lacquered finish which makes them look poorly finished, and the serving tray arrived with a noticeable scratch.

I understand these items were purchased on sale, but there was nothing in the product descriptions to indicate that they had defects, imperfections or were of a lower quality. Based on the photographs and descriptions, I expected a much higher standard.

Having received the items, it unfortunately feels as though they may have been discounted for obvious reasons, but this was certainly not made clear when purchasing.

I have asked for a return label on the same day it arrived and I have yet to hear from them, been chasing for 2 days now. I would recommend anyone to buy else where.

Frustrating experience! I ordered a pendant light that was supposed to come with a bulb. The bulb was not in the box when it arrived so I queried it via email on 27th August. They responded on the 4th September to say the bulb will posted out straight away. It's now the 22nd September and I still have no bulb and no responses to my emails since.

Really pleased with my wooden trays! Lovely quality 😊.
One item was missing from the (super fast!) delivery and I emailed straight away and was met with a prompt response which triggered a swift replacement being sent out. Having read some of the reviews I was concerned that I may have the same issues with communication but, not at all, Steve was very helpful!
Would highly recommend!

I bought an Ottoman bench from Vintage Electrical to go at the bottom of my bed. It arrived surprisingly quickly and it was well packaged and easy to assemble. It's a sturdy piece of furniture and it looks beautiful. I'm very happy with my choice of Ottoman bench and with the service provided, so I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have recently purchased two substantial items from Vintage Electrical. The company has been truly outstanding in the handling and expeditious delivery of the items to the US from notice of dispatch and clearance of customs. The quality of the items is excellent and the diligence exhibited by Mr. Pattrick during and following sale is exceptional.

Firstly, I’d like to say that I have no complaints about the product that I received. It was well made if not a little overpriced. It just wasn’t quite what I’d expected. That’s where the problem started.
This man is elusive when returning something. The email address that is specified on their returns policy section is not monitored and so you WILL NOT get a response. Just be mindful that your returns window is not compromised by awaiting a reply from him.
After sending three emails without reply, I did track him down on Etsy. And, initially he replied. He seemed genuinely apologetic and promised to look into my order. He also advised me to monitor my spam inbox. He then went silent again and would not reply to messages on Etsy or to his company email.
In hindsight, everything about his returns policy is set up to make it as difficult as possible for you to return anything.
Let me explain. Firstly, he specifically states that returns must be sent back in the original packaging without damage. This doesn’t sound like a problem until you see the size of the boxes he uses. I purchased a double plug socket. The box it came in would have been big enough to store a motorcycle helmet. A box this size cannot be placed into a parcel drop box, and so, to ensure your returns parcel is insured and tracked this will cost you £15.95 via Royal Mail. You cannot use the cheaper mailing option because the address of his premises does not come up on their maps. And, as most of you will already know, sending parcels through a post office is a tedious endeavour. It’s the pure inconvenience of it all that I believe he relies on to put you off returning anything altogether.
Eventually, having lost all faith in this man’s honesty, morals and integrity, and, having successfully tracked my parcel to the address that he specifies on his website, I contacted Barclaycard to open a payment dispute, which, I immediately won.
My advice to anyone buying from this man is to ensure that it is what you really want and that it will not need to be returned. If you must buy from him, do it on a credit card. That way, your money should be safe.
It’s a shame that people like him have to use dishonesty and subterfuge to earn a living.
At least with this platform I can warn others.

Great product, helpful staff and delivered on time!

Terrible customer service. Our glass light arrived fractured, I emailed customer services twice with no reply. I called the number that appeared on my credit card statement, again to no avail. My husband was able to make contact via Instagram and told a replacement will be sent the following day. That was weeks ago, he followed up on Insatgram and now he is being ignored. If your purchase arrives without any issue, you'll be fine but i'm now stuck with two outdoor lights that can't be used
