Still not recieved parcel which was for my daughters birthday last week. The contact number for delivery service provided doesn't work. Emailed Adam twice with no reply.
Terrible service, how do I request my £150 refund?

Unusual to give 5 stars for an item returned but was a quirky manufacturer issue no fault of Adams and they were superb in giving a refund.

Five stars: a seller I return to time and again
I have now bought from Adams All Sorts on multiple occasions, and every experience has been excellent. It is rare to find a seller who is this consistent, and that is exactly why I keep coming back.
Adams communication is first-class. Every enquiry I have made has been answered quickly, clearly and courteously, and I have never been left chasing for an update. Whether it is a simple question or something more specific, he takes the time to give a proper answer, which makes the whole process effortless.
What really sets Adam's All Sorts apart is the sheer range on offer. It is everything under one roof, which saves me the time and hassle of dealing with several different suppliers. More often than not, if I need it, Adam has it.
Each transaction has been smooth from start to finish, and the service has been as reliable on my most recent purchase as it was on my first. Adam is professional, approachable and clearly takes pride in looking after his customers.
I would not hesitate to recommend Adams All Sorts to anyone looking for a dependable seller with great service and a wide selection. I will certainly be buying again.

Dreadful communication, cancelled my order after it being 10 days late to be delivered and I had to email 4 times before I got a reply. Would not recommend purchasing from this online store.

Still no receipt of the watch I ordered 4 weeks ago. No answer on the phone. No update available. Very disappointed.

I purchased a wristwatch from Adams Allsort, and the delivery was scheduled between 10 and 12 August. However, as of today, I still have not received my item.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I have tried contacting them several times by phone and email, but I have received no response. Despite this, I am now being asked to leave a review.
How can I leave a positive review when I have not even received the item and my attempts to get an update have been completely ignored?
Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend Adams Allsort based on my experience.

My order didn’t arrive and I had trouble getting a response from the company

I had an issue with my order not being delivered and reached out after still not receiving it after the estimated delivery date. I had seen a few negative recent reviews and was sceptical I would hear back however Adam himself replied to my email very quickly and apologised and gave me a full refund.

It’s obviously disappointing not receiving my order, however I cannot fault Adam’s customer service and honesty about the system issues on their end. For this reason alone, I would still absolutely shop here again. Receiving no 1 star reviews in 3 years is impressive and a credit to Adam, I think it would be harsh to undo that over technical issues which are no fault of his

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Take your money, never sent the item. Found them on trip advisor, full of people claiming fake items. STAY AWAY!!

My wife ordered a watch from this seller, Order number: 1003480
but I have not recived my package, I have not received any other information regarding the delivery, the online tracker is useless and only tells me it’s been fulfilled but does not offer any other useful details, who sent it, the location of the item and the expected new delivery, it was supposed to be delivered between 20th - 24th August, but trying to contact the company, I’ve been left in the dark. I keep calling them but the number on the website keeps going to a personal voicemail. I have not recived my order or any other information, other than the original email of confirmation and delivery details of my package. Complete scam. I want an answers, details or a complete refund.

Great watch with a stylish designs and excellent quality. Comfortable to wear, looks premium, and works perfectly. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Ref number 1003446 Ordered a solar panel control unit on the 05/08/2026 heard nothing from this seller after this so today 12/08/2026 I emailed them for the 2nd time and got a response not in stock and lots of excuses a photo of a different controller asking me if I would take this one instead I said no and asked for a refund I waited for a while no response so reported it to PayPal who refunded me.
