This is the second time I bought from Brixton Baker! I bought a Kate Spade Backpack and it arrived much sooner than what was listed on their website. They were super nice when I contacted them and they answered all my questions in a very quick time frame. Again, I can't say anything but nice things about my experience! Thank you!

Ok even thought I was kind of sceptical to order from this store, because of the negative reviews , I decided to do it because I couldn't find the specific handbag in the specific color anywhere else, after 10+ hours they sent me an email and I don't get it at all, this was the first and the last time I was ordering from this store!!! I would prefer for them to use a better excuse , like we are sorry our product sold out or something!!!🤷‍♀️🙋‍♀️this is what they sent to me :

I really love the great service l received a couple days before Christmas! The bag I ordered appeared to be lost in the mail but the customer service team worked all away up to Christmas Eve and located the bag just in time to be delivered the day before Christmas! Thank you for all your help! I love my bag!

Buyer beware. All this company cares about is taking your money. I tried to return my purse for a refund as I wasn't happy with the quality upon receiving my order. They did everything they could do try and keep my money, even though I followed all of their very stringent return requirements. It's not worth it to risk doing business with shady businesses like Brixton baker.

I purchased a Kate Spade handbag for my wife and I was really impressed by the service. The customer service was friendly
and helpful! My wife was really happy I found the bag she desperately wanted! I will definitely be buying from them again!

The service was great! It stated I would receive the baby bag in 7 days but it came a lot sooner! It is perfect for all my baby things!

I was searching for a spade kate bag that nobody else had but this website. I was skeptical so I contacted them and received an extremely quick response! When it arrived, I was extremely happy with what I received!

Canceled 2 orders. First they said the bag I chose had a cut in it and that they couldn’t locate another, even though it said they had 2. The second time they canceled my order, for a different bag, because they said my transaction looked fraudulent. But now that bag says sold out. They are dishonest and the reality is they probably don’t have the inventory they lead customers to believe they do.

I ordered a MK pearl grey Sutton and was initially sceptical. This bag was sold out for sometime and was somewhat afraid they would send me a used bag. When it arrived ( after a week) I was really happy. It was brand new and it's original packaging. I would definitely order from the again.

I was looking for a kate spade bag that no one else had it but this site. When I bought it, I was more than surprised by what I got. It was wrapped great and had a really cute thank you card :)

I have been looking for the kate spade scotty bag everywhere and could not find a single store that had it. I was told about brixton baker from a friend that had good experience with them. I sent them a message asking if they had it, and they told me they didn't but would have their coordination team look for it.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from them the next day saying they found one for me. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a hard to find item!

I found the sold-out Kate Spade purse I had been looking for on brixtonbaker.com and purchased it immediately. However, when I received the purse it was not what I expected and I wanted to return it to get my money back and buy another one from this website. Their return policy said you have a week to email them with a return request after the package is delivered, and I emailed them within two days.

What I learned is that Brixton Baker is NOT customer-friendly. It took me two different emails to get them to reply, and when they finally did they "couldn't find" the original email I sent - even after I sent them a screenshot of it. The company refuses to make it right and I am stuck with a purse I don't want.

All this company wants is to take your money. Do not buy from them!! You are supporting a terrible business and putting money in criminals pockets.

They were the last store to have my bag. When I bought it, it came quick and as described! Brixton Baker is awesome!

Brixton Baker is awesome for that hard to find item. I searched everywhere for my new bag, but everyone was sold out. I found brixtonbaker.com but was skeptical. When I emailed them, they got right back to me. When asked why they still have older bags that other stores sold out of, they told me they are an "internet marketplace" for different seller who buy overstock in lots from different department stores. I took a chance and bought the bag. I got the exact bag I wanted! No nonsense! No hassle!

So I attempted to find the Kate Spade Cat Meow Bag all over the place, but I con't not find it anywhere. I was turned on to Brixton Baker from a friend who had a good experience with them. I emailed them and asked if they had the bag. I was surprised to get a response within 20 minutes and was told they had the bag! The checkout was easy and I received the bag in 5 days!

It was awesome how easy the site was, however waiting 5 days for the bag to arrive kind of sucked :( It would be great if they could offer free shipping that arrived quicker :)

I ordered an MK Hamilton from this company. I was skeptical about the purchase however they were the ONLY company which had this bag still in stock. I contacted them first to see if I would get a human to respond (the first way I know a company is a scam) and was surprised to get a response within minutes from a customer service rep named Ella. She was awesome and answered all my questions accurately (which is rare). When I finally ordered the bag it arrived in 7 days (which kind of sucked) but WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! I would definitely recommend this company if you are skeptical of every website (like I am).
