During my experience with Broadbent & Co everyone that I came into contact with was very helpful and polite. When I had the call with Andy, I felt that he really listened and took into account everything that I had to say. He came up with some brilliant ideas for ways to help me complete my course and has since helped me to get all of the support that the DSA has offered.

My experience having a needs assessment with the company was straight forward and easy to book. The assessors are kind and easy to speak to and put you at ease during the assessment.

It really was a well done assessment. I felt very comfortable and found it easy to discuss and answer questions with my assessor Louise who was very friendly, polite and supportive. She was also very helpful and offered some support recommendations. Overall i felt it went really well and was feeling slightly positive afterwards.

I had my DSA assessment with Gary. I absolutely dread these things and I have to discuss some things which you wouldn't discuss at the dinner table but the whole process was as pleasant and professional as it could be. Gary knew his stuff and clearly wanted to do his best for me. I was fortunate to receive lots of support through his recommendations and have no hesitation in recommending Broadbent and Co for your DSA assessment.

My assessor listened to my needs and requirements and was very helpful in suggesting support that could help me. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. For me it was done over zoom but there were various ways in which to do your assessment to suit you. My assessor then took the time to make sure i was confortable with how i was doing my assessment and whether any further requirments were needed. From start to finish I was kept in the loop with the steps they were taking whether that be by email or by call,which for me personally kept me at ease knowing it was being dealt with and i knew exactly how far along they were. I would recommend my assessor and Broadbent & Co.

They were amazing and really hopeful and they kept me calm throughout the entire phonecall

I just wanted to give a brief review on BEN Bradwell mainly but also the lady who received us in the disability assessment in mossley.

Regarding BEN honestly me and my partner were happy leaving the office and in a good mood as Ben had a chat with us and made us feel so comfortable with the whole situation. He has guided us in the right direction and provided me with multiple tips to help me. I walked in so nervous and anxious and Ben literally made all the anxiety and nervous thoughts go away. Great customer service thank you so much. He does way more than his job and goes out of his way to make people feel welcomed and relaxed.

Talking to Ben was so lovely, and was he was very supportive and helpful. He made the experience so comforting and allowed me to talk openly talk about my dyslexia and being so understanding. He was so attentive when making sure I understood everything he was talking about (when mentioning types of support where he took the time to go through and demonstrate how to use them).
It was great to meet him and feel confident that I can get in touch if I needed future support :)

Efficient, good communication and friendly staff. As someone with ADHD I appreciated the understanding from the team from start to finish. My assessor was fantastic and helped me understand what support was available to me. Very pleased with the help provided. Thank you!

Ben was fantastic from start to finish, very knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive. exactly what somebody needs when sharing vulnerable details. I felt I understood everything that was talked about and confident that I will be provided with the support needed to continue my studies.
