Megan was such an amazing accessor, she took all my needs into consideration when giving the assessment and reassured me when i was anxious about it. The questions she asked were done professionally but with a personal touch which made me feel so comfortable. She is a credit to your team :)

This experience was very useful to me, my assessor was kind and listened to everything I had to say. The suggestions that came out of this meeting were completely linked to the problems I talked about in the assessment. The assessment it’s self was informal and very relaxed, my assessor assured that I was ok in all stages of the meeting and talked me through what would be asked.
Overall, I really recommend this experience for anyone who needs it, it’s worthwhile and ran by individual people who show that they care and want to help.

My assessor was brilliant! I went into this thinking it would be similar to the PIP process and I was dreading it (those of you who've applied for PIP - need I say more?!) but it was NOTHING like that. My assessor was so understanding of my situation, conditions and needs. I was actually treated like a human, offered things I wasn't even aware was an option and worked with me to get as full an understanding of my needs as possible. They gave me as much time as I needed to get through the assessment, including taking multiple breaks when I needed a minute. I felt so reassured and heard - very quickly in fact due to the kindness of the assessor.

The staff all responded quickly and were lovely and very accommodating for my disabilities. I felt comfortable throughout the assessment and it was like he was able to read my mind and know exactly what I struggled with which shows how well they understand the disabilities they help with. They were also able to suggest loads of things that I never would've thought of but will make such a huge difference!

Jon Petch the assessor was very helpful and took the time to understand my exact needs for studying, He had a great deal of vital knowledge of how academic assessments are structured and taught and could then pick up on what my exact needs are once i explained mine to him. This took patience on his part to get the full picture which he had lots of. His assessment was then done very quickly and the outcome for me was for me to get all of the help i needed to complete my studies with confidence and targeted support, thank you.

The assessment went very smooth and Charlotte is great person and in the right place, that’s only my subjective opinion.
Easy to go conversation and very helpful staff from the registration till end of process, offering full support and directions.

Andy was really really helpful, he continued support after my appointment and was able to clearly explain next steps, what I had to do, and was always available when I needed help or had questions.

I had no issue booking an appointment, the interviewer was very friendly and helpful, and I have received all the support I need.

Broadbent & Co were extremely supportive and very friendly to talk to. Particularly Rob who has provided exceptional service and has always been great to talk to. Rob has consistently been very informative, professional and understanding.

Everything was carried with respect and empathy.

From start to finish, the communication from the company was terrific, from email reminders to post-appointment discussions. The reminders were very reassuring, and Helen (who took my appointment) was super friendly and listened to be able to put what I needed in place. They could even connect the dots about what I was trying to say when I felt I couldn't get the right words. Thanks to this company, I have been able to have access to resources that will significantly support me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If anyone does have an appointment with this company - there is absolutely nothing to worry about and I have no doubt that you will also get the right support to assist you.

It was a lovely experience, the woman who did my assessment, Imogen was nothing but lovely, I didn’t really know what to expect before hand but she reassured me it was a very simple easy assessment, it was like having a casual chat about my experiences at university. I have to say about Imogen specifically, I’ve never felt more heard by another person in my life regarding my ADHD, not even by my psychologist or my parents, she was nothing but lovely and made the entire process feel normal. She not once made me feel invalidated or abnormal, she would share experiences other people with adhd have with me enough that I knew what she meant and I could further elaborate and expand on. She was very knowledgeable on ADHD and the struggles, how certain parts affect certain people and the differences in the types. I was able to do the entire process on phone call, and afterwards I remember feeling very positive about the whole situation. The company afterwards were very quick to process my report and send it back to me which I really appreciate. I would recommended using this company to anyone looking for a DSA assessment, and especially Imogen!

I was a bit nervous beforehand. But as soon as the conversation started Charlotte made me feel extremely comfortable. It wasn’t scary at all! I really appreciate it as the help will really benefit my studies.

I recently had a meeting with Ben to discuss what could be beneficial to me regarding my dyslexia whilst studying at university. He made me feel at ease and gave great detail on the support he thought would be the best, whilst also asking my opinion. He was very professional and would highly recommend this company.
