Helpful Agent, less informative emails
Broadway rep Sandra Davies was very helpful and professional. I appreciated her direct dealing and not pushing me to accept add ons that were unsuitable. The main drawback was s the lack of full information in confirmation emails. Eg airline booking ref - which is also not shown on Manage my Booking.

From the start to the end the service has been amazing. I would totally recommend using Broadway Travel to my friends and family. No question was too much and Evie whom I dealt with was just outstanding. She took her time and explained everything to clear and was so excited with me which make the experience even better. Easy to use website, great value holidays
I've used broadway travel from time to time but really should make them my starting point in future. Website is so easy to use and love the fact at a glance I can see the cheapest flight prices aligned to the holidays I'm looking at. This combined with the rest of the website makes it far and away the best website I've used for booking holidays. It really is a hassle free way to book a holiday online great value, so please keep it up.

So helpful just when you need it
I'm so pleased I booked my holiday with Broadway Travel. I made an error whilst booking online and they called me the following day to let me know and guided me through resolving this. They have also helped me to book Assistance at the airport. Would highly recommend.
