Ordered a custom visor clip and received a rear view mirror hanger with the picture on it, picture was terribly blurring. Emailed them about receiving the wrong item and they told me I was wrong and what I got was correct. Even with emailing them with proof they refuse to help

This is a scam, they sent me the completely wrong item. When I reached out they said don’t worry, I got the correct item. Beware and don’t buy!

This company is a total joke! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these guys! I purchased a specific hoodie from them, and they sent me something completely different. When I sent them an email letting them know they sent me a different item, they sent me an email apologizing profusely and they said they would take care of the issue. Keep in mind that I paid extra for a no hassle return policy just in case something went wrong. They sent me an email asking if I would accept a 10% discount. Obviously no because it's still not what I ordered. Then they sent me an email that said they will send me the correct hoodie if I pay an extra $16.99 for shipping. Wait what?? this wasn't my mistake it was Broderft, how are you going to make the customer pay for your mistake?? Then they finally got back to me and said they will ship me the correct item and they would be monitoring the process. oh, and to have a good life! lol well here we go several days later... no tracking number and now they are ignoring my emails. DONT BUY STUFF SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!!

If I could give this no stars I would. Despite buying faster shipping, the item arrived too last. It arrived and when opened had a piece of adhesive still stuck to the front. It is UNABLE to be removed and ruined the shirt as it is right on the front. I contacted them with pictures and they told me to "wash" it and would not refund me. The item is unwearable and they cannot be washed. The adhesive cannot be removed. Worst customer service experience I have had

Do NOT buy from this store! Product does NOT look like the pictures on the site. The mirror is cheap & flimsy…such bad quality I probably could have made it better myself & not spent as much money. Words on the mirror are misspelled and the text is off-center. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

This item was not at all what I paid for. I ordered this for my sister for her birthday and it was supposed to be a bouquet of roses with glitter and what she received was a box full of do-it-yourself roses and the box was full of glitter which made a huge mess. And on top of the fact that we waited over 2 weeks for the delivery which I paid for express shipping. I will never use this company please find some other company to order from I would not recommend them at all.

Garbage product. Looks nothing like advertised. Made our of cheap materials, not even a real glass mirror

They sent an item that did not match my order and will not send a replacement or issue a refund. DO NOT use them.

Do not order from this company I waited almost 2 months for my package to not be delivered. My bank put in a dispute and now the company is essentially telling me if I don’t drop the dispute, they won’t send me my package, which is actually pictures that are kind of inappropriate that they are now just keeping and now I have no product and I am about $100.

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE THAT WAS ORDERED ON FEB18th I paid for expedited shipping!!! And it still says “waiting for details” no tracking number or any updates!!!! Im wanting a full refund. DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order on jan 6th for a valentines gift. On jan 29th i emailed saying i never received shipment confirmation. They emailed and saif its just gone through verification and sent a tracking number. Emailed today march 1 and theyre saying its in production. Total rip off. Save your money. Cause it doesnt look like theyll do a full refund either

If I could put no stars I would. I ordered a simple bouquet 2 months ago & I still haven’t laid eyes on it. Customer service is non existent & they have a weird no refund policy on customer orders. But technically everything sold from them is customized. It’s a scam.

Cheap & flimsy basketball pillows-nothing like the plush embroidered ones in the photos. Thin, magic marker-like designs on cheap polyester fabric. Totally misleading--address posted on website in Sheridan, Wyoming is just a rented address used by thousands of businesses, they ship from China. They have no phone number and want you to pay $80 to JustAnswer to give you advice if you have a concern when you email them. Total bait and switch.

They popped up as an ad and registered in Wyoming virtual office but operating fully outside of the US. After ordering no confirmation had been received. I contacted a few days later since it was for Valentine's day gift. I requested a cancelation and full refund. They said to be patient and it is processing. It never processed after 10 days. I am being offered 10% to keep the item or 60% to cancel and issued a refund. They are saying it was a custom order. There is no personal touches to this item or custom. Everyone purchases the same item. I have contacted my bank immediately after realizing that this is a big time SCAM.

Ordered on the 3rd and it’s still hasn’t arrived

I made my purchase on February 4th hoping it would have been here by valentine dsy. Nope ghat did not happen. My item still does not have a tracking number no one is staying in contact with the progression of my item. I have reached out and the only thing they tell me is this item takes time to be prepared, that it is in production amd they will notify me once once it is ready for shipment. I'm telling you this, if this goes on for another week I will be putting in a fraud claim with my bank.

ordered something specifically for Valentines day on February 1st and still didn't receive it by February 14th. Very disappointing and will never purchase anything from this company ever again. And they have no return or refund policy like they've been through this before and expect to be asked for refunds.
