Great for nerve pain and circulation
Great gloves really help so much, I bought a ton so I have a pair by my bed, one in each bag, etc. They make such a difference for my hand pain and poor circulation issues.

They are quick and use good materials. Their version grip ball is my favorite and I have had many different grip balls before, foam, gel, etc etc.

I ordered per the measurements but I really think I needed a size larger. I got a medium but the wrist area is so small that it’s a big struggle to get the thumb brace on. It’s not stretchy.

Horrible experience with Brownmed return / refund process
I have now been waiting 6 days for a refund to my card account that was promised within 2 to 3 days after receipt of my return. I had to return the wrist brace that I ordered because it was too tight and didn't fit, despite using their recommendation on the size. I also had to pay up-front for shipping (Amazon is free), it took 5 days to get to me (Amazon takes 2 days), had to pay for return shipping (again Amazon is free), the refund process has taken 6 days and counting so far (Amazon takes 2 hours), and I have wasted more than an hour in communication with customer service to find out where my refund is (this rarely happens with Amazon). Brownmed is uncompetitive in the online shipping and return/refund process, and I will never buy another item from them. If I was able to, I would rate them a "0".

Horrible experience with Brownmed return/refund process

I was told I would receive an email when the return was processed, but never got a notification. I have wasted more than an hour on the phone or sending emails about this status. I ordered the size wrist sleeve that they recommended, but it was too tight and did not fit my hand, so I had to return it. I was forced to pay for the original shipping (Amazon is free), it took 5 days to get to me (Amazon is 2 days), I had to pay the return shipping (again, Amazon is free), and I have been lied to about when I would see the credit in my account (now 6 days and counting vs. 2 hours for Amazon). Brownmed is uncompetitive in all aspects of online returns, and I would give a rating of "0" if I could. Tomorrow, I will be trying to contact Brownmed customer service management to get some action on this, and also my card company to file a dispute on the original charge.

I am happy with my purchase
I am happy with my purchase. This is the second pair that I buy. I have a physical job and I’m constantly using my hands. My fingers tend to ache at the end of the day and wearing the gloves has eased the aches and at times I have no aches.

I have used this company's short leg cast protector for all three of my foot surgeries. They are incredibly well made, of heavy duty plastic, and are truly totally waterproof. They seemingly never wear out. Much better than what you will find on Amazon; they're worth the few extra dollars.

I love this eye mask. If fits perfectly without being too tight. It also has a much better band around the head, instead of a skinny elastic part.

Knee sleeve disappointment…
Was looking forward to receiving the knee sleeve. The problem with the sleep was that the elastic support did not work for me as I had an allergic reaction to the band. It left markings on my leg and irritation. Otherwise it felt like it had good pressure on the knee but could not wear it.

Great Service, Good Product
Knee support sleeves arrived quickly.
Before ordering, though, the size guide could have been made easier to find. I eventually was able to determine what size I needed.
That aside, I used the knee sleeves for a while before writing this review. I have debilitating arthritis in my knees. The sleeves soothe and support and really do make a difference!
