the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. the delay in shipping was inexcusable.i was told of a specific shipping window and my order was in this window. i think i was being gaslight by brownmend, as i was challenging the status quo. later that day, the order arrived, with two shipping options usps the personal preferred and ups.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service, I looked at a few medical supply companies before I chose Brownmed to place an order with. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I called Brownmed and speaking with customer service was a pleasant experience. Within 48 hours the correct item was delivered to my residence. The quality of the item is excellent. These gloves are WONDERFUL!!
I looked in many stores for your size small but found none. I went online and found your arthritis gloves in a small. I ordered two pair. They arrived sooner than I expected. These gloves are WONDERFUL!!! I wear them at night, really - I wear them all the time. They wash nicely.
