I had a great experience. The team was professional and courteous. I received prompt responses, both on phone and on Whatsapp. I especially appreciated the transparency with all the information that I requested. For instance, many other dealers refused to show me the battery SOH report but I got to see it for the EV I bought as soon as I asked for it.

Excellent service. I was unsure about a DPF regen light so they did a full test and dropped off the vehicle for me rather than me having to make another journey. Excellent communication throughout.

Hi my experience was top class from the second I came into the premises i was greeted with a smile and coffee and biscuits. You really feel you are a part of the family. No pressure selling here. I had a really good experience with Browns. Everyone was really friendly, offered drinks, and even stayed after closing to get everything sorted, which I appreciated.

The main thing for me was that nobody was pushy. Most garages I’ve been to feel like they’re trying to force a sale, but it didn’t feel like that at all with you. The team were just honest and upfront about the cars, pointed out any issues, and it felt like they were doing that to be helpful rather than to upsell.

That’s a big part of why I ended up buying the Model Y from you, and I love the car.

The level of service I received from Browns of Richmond has far exceeded any other dealership I have dealt with. From the warm welcome by the staff, I never once felt like I was being pushed to make a purchase. Instead, it felt like they took all my requirements into consideration, and offered vehicles they felt would suit my needs.

Once the purchase was completed, I continued to receive excellent aftercare by the team to ensure I was happy with my purchase. As a result of all of this, I have continued to use Browns for any MOT's or services as well as recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

From my first enquiry phone call to driving away in my new car browns were brilliant.

I saw the car online but had to travel from Scotland for a test drive, the team were great keeping me updated with my many questions until I was able to get down almost a week later. Special mention to Alex who phoned me back after he had finished work one night to discuss a trade in query.

I cannot recommend Brown’s of Richmond highly enough. I was buying a car from them all the way from Northern Ireland, and from my very first inquiry to post-purchase, the experience was absolutely fantastic.

Buying a car from across the water can be daunting, but they made it completely stress-free. They were incredibly open, honest, and transparent about the vehicle. What really blew me away was their customer service; they actually helped me figure out the best travel route to get from NI to Richmond in North Yorkshire, and they even sent a driver to pick me up from Darlington station!

Fraser and Tim both took genuine time to speak with me, answering all my questions with absolute kindness and professionalism.
