Had a fantastic experience with Laura going above and beyond to ensure I had the perfume I wanted. She really took customer satisfaction personal and got busy to get me the perfume as it wasn’t available in one store but was available in another. Also confirming that my voucher could be used there as well. The painstaking efforts were very much appreciated Laura

Well I am in shock! Orderer pair of New Balance trainers, which one of them, in my surprise badly worn. Trainers were discounted, but still with discount it was €120! It’s sad that I cannot upload pictures of the trainers. Plus I had to pay for delivery both sides, which was another surprise. I would never think that shop like Brown Thomas would let send to customers badly worn items. Very sad and disappointed!

Update: why to ask to email if never replied? Emailed on 11 on July 2weeks after and no reply.

I was at the Trinny London counter in Brown Thomas Cork on a Thursday evening. I met Aoife. Her customer service was A1. She knew her products so well & assisted me in choosing the best products for my skin . She was such a pleasure to deal with - pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. The products on display were easily accessible, all were available and displayed impeccably. I will definitely be making a return visit & I hope to meet Aoife again.

Luba in BT Grafton Street was so kind and helpful. It was particularly busy today but she went out of her way to help us. Excellent customer service!

Many legends under one roof. If you are after posh brands then this is the go to place in Dublin. From top notch brands to affordable luxury......this is the one stop shop. Staff are nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I like Brown Thomas, BT Blanchardstown is one of my favourite shop. I am pleased with the service, staff is friendly and very helpful. I like also the online shop, the site is very well developed and easy to use. I had a delay with receiving an order but after contacting the Customer Service, I received prompt assistance.

I visited the Tom Ford Beauty counter in the Cork Store on 31/05/25 and received service of the highest standard from Yuelei. She offered excellent recommendations and advice and I purchased some beautiful products. Also she advised on the adaptability of use of some of my existing products - her suggestions offered a fresh approach to maximising the benefit of these products.
Yuelei is very Professional, she possesses creative and artistic talent-she refreshed my make up on counter and the result was immediately apparent. Her cheerful personality brings new energy to the TF experience in Cork.

Joke, shop in Galway paid 110 euro for spanks, when got home they were ripped, got no refund back, staff treating me awful bad, I'd recommend anyone to shop there.

I was struggling to have an item delivered to the UK and reached out to customer support, I received one response clarifying the description of my item and never heard anything back. I reached out everyday for almost a week, I got the item elsewhere and much cheaper. Waste of time, really frustrating and disappointing. 😖😤
