Items collected and time. Good communication through entire service.

Engaging Browny logistics was timed to have my boxes whiles in Ghana. Lo and behold , my boxes were even delivered before l got there.. your delivery guys in Ghana are also doing a great job. Kudos to them. Keep it up guys !!

I’ve had a great experience working with this logistics company, and I’m currently in my second year doing business with them. They are very reliable and affordable, which is crucial for my business. One thing I truly appreciate is that they ship at least twice a month, so I rarely run out of stock. That level of consistency makes planning and selling much easier.

They also offer sourcing and personal shopping services, which has saved me a lot of time and stress. I can trust them to get exactly what I need, and their communication and delivery timelines are always on point.

Unreliable service and poor customer care

I paid £250 for a door-to-door delivery service with Browny Logistics. My items were collected but were not delivered for over 9 months. During this time, I received little to no meaningful updates about their whereabouts or when delivery would take place.

Communication from the company was poor and often unhelpful. Instead of clear explanations, timelines, or solutions, responses felt dismissive and unprofessional. At no point was a refund offered, nor was a sincere apology or accountability shown for the prolonged delay.

A logistics company should be able to provide timely delivery, clear communication, and basic customer care when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Due to the lack of reliability, transparency, and resolution, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Highly recommend. I've been using their service since 2019.
