I can honestly say I have never ever received such outstanding service from anyone.
We hired a car in Estepona and next day a tyre blew just outside Rhonda. It was Saturday yet with help from a couple of passing Spanish guys who made phone calls, in less than an hour a pick up trailer arrived, plus a taxi, which took us an hour and a half’s drive back to Malaga and we had another car ready for us and back on the road instantly, no questions asked. Amid all the drama we left the key of the rented apartment in the car, no problem they called us Monday morning when the car was returned and we picked them up.
This is the first time I have had excess insurance from A rental company, I usually buy independently but I am so glad I did. Thanks you to all the lovely staff.

Just hired my 16th car from Bruno’s and never had a single problem. Great service, great clean cars and really helpful staff. I can’t imagine ever hiring a car from anyone else.

No excess, no fuss, easy breezy car rental - 100% recommend. After booking a hire car through Budget months ago, I went to check in online and was horrified that the excess was £2,500!!! Why was I paying for additional insurance etc. if they could demand this? 2 days before we travelled I cancelled and found Brunos, simple and trusting, we met the guy in the car park as directed, paid with card, got the keys and off we went. No worrisome checks of the vehicle, just treated like the adults we are, given just over a quarter of a tank and returned it with a little over this. Felt quite smug driving past the queue of people returning their hire cars to the other companies, we returned it to the area of the general parking we picked it up from, left the keys as instructed and walked the short distance to departures. I would use no other company for our trips to southern spain now, it was such a pleasant experience.

Servicen er i top - og hvis der er det mindste problem, så løses det hurtigt og uden bøvl. Tillid er nøgleordet når man skal leje bil: Jeg er meget taknemmelig for, at dette firma eksisterer!

Absolutely the best rental car company in Malaga . The service is amazing.

After a dreadful rental experience with Goldcar, decided to use Bruno’s. Absolutely excellent service! Their pickup and drop off instructions are spot on and they are super helpful. Our flight was cancelled at really short notice (thanks again EasyJet 🤬) and they let us extend our rental by a few hours which saved our bacon. Great firm, great cars. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been using this company regularly to hire cars in Spain. They are by far the best car hire company I’ve ever used. There are no hidden extras and their rates are very reasonable. They respond to emails immediately and are easy to get hold of. I’ve had some dreadful experiences with other car companies and will always used Brunos in future. Their staff are absolutely fabulous too.

Everything was so smooth. A person met us in the garage when arriving, and when we returned the car, a person stood in about the same place and showed us where to park the car. Good instructions in email before getting and leaving the car too. Good that you can have several drivers included in the contract. No add-ons and no pitfalls. Overall top 10!

Excellent service from Bruno's. Very clear pick up and drop off instructions for the airport and the car was just perfect and good value for money. Lovely and clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend Bruno's and will definitely use them again.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bruno’s car hire in Duquesa port.
Having just arrived to live in Manilva, I had a minor accident in their hire car. Luckily no one was injured.
Paola and Linus at Bruno’s could not have been kinder or more helpful.
They were so understanding and sorted out another car for us in less than 24 hours and delivered it right to our door.
And it is true what they say. The price you pay covers everything - there are no hidden fees. Although they may be slightly more expensive than others it’s worth every penny.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends when they visit.

Everything, and I mean everything, is 10 out of 10. Third time for us.

We have used Bruno’s car hire many times over the years (maybe 10 bookings?) and it has always been wonderfully straightforward with no hidden costs or last minute surcharges applied like we have had when we use other car hire companies. Today, they excelled in their customer service when British Airways cancelled our flight and left us stranded in Gibraltar. We ended up booking a flight home from Malaga that afternoon whilst en-route to the airport. As our car hire was due to be returned to Gibraltar we were then without transport to get to Malaga. Within minutes of emailing them, Bruno’s had arranged a replacement car that we could drive to Malaga for no extra charge. I am almost 100% sure that any other car hire company would care less about leaving you high and dry. Hats off to Bruno’s for being totally amazing. We will continue to use them and I hope this review encourages everyone else to use them too, whether flying into Gib or Malaga.

I have used Bruno car hire in Malaga and Gibraltar and both times have been very happy never had a claim so can’t comment on that experience but have found hiring very simple and easy and the price you get quoted is actually the price you pay you do have to walk a little way to get to your hire car but way quicker than standing in a queue at the airport I wouldn’t even look at hiring a car anywhere else I haven’t written one review before about anything but feel if I let people know about this company it will be there for years to come and make my life easier each time I want to hire a car in Spain well done again

If you want the best service and support ever . The only car rental I used without trying to feed you with extra insurances and costs.

Having tried several companies and been turned down by most because i am 80 I came across Brunos cars and with some trepidation to be honest rang them. How charming how helpful what a great deal - so reasonable. Look them up see what benefits they offer - no hidden charges - no excesses- no deposit - 3 extra drivers - free baby seat - the list goes on. They had even set an English Sat nav for us which was truly great. They are without any doubt the BEST car hire service anywhere and we have travelled extensively all over the world. There was no waiting straight to an underground carpark - walking distance from Border - picked up key and we were off. Same on return no problem. Give them a try.

We have been a regular renter from Bruno car Hire, the rates are good, the cars are all first rate and the collection and drop off process is simple and well managed, I can’t recall the chaps name at handover he really gives excellent customer service
