totally wrong size, the M is like an XS, and the return costs TWENTY-FIVE EUROS

Great products! I've recently purchased two items from brut-clothing, and the experience has been great :) The sizing charts are spot on, and the items are great quality. Packing was good as well. One danish recommendation from me :)

PLEASE BEWARE: I brought a jacket around two weeks ago that cost around £280, yesterday I got hit with a FEDEX bill for £100 for import duties. If you live in the UK like me, please be cautious when buying as there’s a hefty bill that’ll come later!!!!

Brut really does make amazing stuff, I am not gonna deny that. But after having ordered an item in January, first getting sent the wrong item, then given a faulty return label so I had to resend the item to them out of my own pocket after it being stuck somewhere in 3 weeks only to be told "sorry, we don't have your size anymore" 2 months after having purchased said item made me feel like an idiot. I'd consider it good service to reserve the right size the moment I filed a a return instead of making me run around in circles since January.

If you have the priviliege of it, go to their brick & mortar stores. I advice against shopping online.

I love what Brut is doing. The quality is good. I’ve been rocking some stuff for years. I just think the collection is getting too big. Wish it would be made in France again like the rework stuff.

Awesome brand, reliable delivery and great quality. Yes, they send the clothing in FedEx air cushion envelopes. I ordered a total of 4 times now and never has anything arrived in bad condition or ripped. Keep doing your thing Brut! Love you guys.

Customer Service is poor for such an expensive clothing site. I ordered a top has no confirmation email.. they took my money of course and not heard a dicky bird from them. Messaged on live chat and email … nothing. I really would avoid !!

Really bad experience, I bought a leather jacket for 1400 EUR and I got sent a 10% voucher for my first purchase right after I made the purchase. I contacted customer care who said they would reimburse me the 10%. IT NEVER HAPPENED and since then they stopped responding to me via email. Multiple calls to the store also resulted in no resolution

Delivery time not respected. The announce 3 days but it's not respected.

J'ai commandé un pull le 4 décembre livré sous 3/4 jours. Aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas de nouvelles, impossible de joindre le SAV pour savoir ou en est la commande et à quelle date elle serait livrée. Affaire à suivre...
Aujourdhui, le 12 Décembre, j'ai reçu le paquet conforme à mes attentes. je modifie donc mon avis de façon positive, le SAV m'a recontacté pour s'excuser.

The clothing itself isn’t cheap, but it arrived packaged very poorly. The items were placed loosely in a FedEx slip bag with no wrapping or protection. Because the bag was torn, the clothes arrived dirty.

Do not order in the UK. Clothes are nice, but you pay about £25 for delivery, then a £75 import tax they don't tell you about. Then on top of that a £30 return cost. Clothes are okay but not worth the extra £100 delivery and rail if having to return.

The clothing is good quality but the return costs from the UK to France are eye-watering. Over £35 to return a £60 t-shirt! Be sure you have the correct size when ordering.

Very very dissatisfied about the service of BRUT.

- I ordered a belt a month ago.
- It was sent in a paper bag and came in DAMAGED (while the size was good). No packing slip, no return label included. A bit the same experience as when you buy something on vented.
- I returned it and they send me a new belt - again in a paper bag. However, they sent a belt that is 2 sizes smaller - while I didn't ask for a smaller size.
- After contacting customer care they didn't reply for a week.
- Now they do reply and they ask me to take pictures of a the matter. Why do you want me to take pictures of a (smaller) belt that you guys sent me?

Because of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I end up with no belt and 5 visits tot he postal office.

Really don't recommend people to buy online at BRUT.

Extremely Expensive Return Costs – Disappointing Customer Service

I recently ordered a jumper from this company to London and accidentally selected the wrong size. When I contacted their customer service team to request an exchange, they directed me to their return portal—only to find that the return shipping cost was an outrageous €34.40. For a simple size exchange, this fee seems completely unreasonable, especially given that many companies offer more affordable or even free return options. It’s nearly double what I originally paid for shipping. It feels like they’re charging not just for the return, but also for the cost of sending the replacement.

What’s worse is that this same policy applies to all returns, even if the item is faulty or they send the wrong size. There is no flexibility, no alternative return methods allowed, and no willingness to help reduce the excessive cost—you have no choice but to pay.

I won’t be ordering again. Would not recommend unless you’re absolutely certain about your size—because if you need to return for any reason, it’ll cost you!
