OUTSTANDING Brytesoft Support
I recently required assistance after my computer crashed, and I needed to rebuild / reinstall 90% of the software. I contacted Brytesoft and required a 2021 MS Visio key associated with other software I previously purchased.
After rebuilding my computer, I thought I checked all operational capabilities of my computer software, especially the 2021 MS Visio software. Unfortunately, I recently discovered my 2021 MS Visio software didn't work. When I attempted to open the software, I continuously received the ("Microsoft Office Activation Wizard) prompt. Additionally, the MS Visio software would not activate by telephone
To resolve my issue, I contacted Brytesoft (Philip) who subsequently took responsibility and expedited another MS 2021 Visio key, in less than 12 hours.
When my computer crashed, it was more than devastating. However, due to the OUTSTANDING Brytesoft support from Philip, the rebuild and reinstallation of software was simple.
Philip and the Brytesoft team, THANK YOU for expediting the MS Visio key I requested. I now can "guarantee without a doubt," say my 2021 MS Visio software is 100% operational.
I cannot thank you (Philip) enough for your assistance. Your assistance represents OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Many times, as a Network Engineer \ Systems Administrator (which I am), my customers don't understand the difficulties of restoring their data, restoring network access permissions, and e-mail after an outage. Many customers believe what I do is "just my job", and don't provide any feedback. I don't get upset, because I pride myself on knowing the intricacies of computers and networks, and restoring customer issue(s) quickly. I am more satisfied with the efforts I put into quick restoration, than customer feedback. With that being said, Philip and the Brytesoft team are EXCEPTIONAL! I wish I could meet Philip and the team personally, to thank them. However, I hope providing my positive feedback will suffice.

Scammers
Terrible, this site is a scam. They received my funds and then cancelled my account without any recourse to find out why or even to find out the nature of their supposed ‘breach’ of terms and conditions. Support ticket lodged immediately and answer was a simple no from their staff regarding my request to provide details of alleged trigger to cancel my account (no date, nature of issue or content report). Do not waste your time investing in their service it is an absolute scam.

Responsive Brytesoft customer support and great AI software.
Initially, I was unable to find the activation link, but Steve and/or Phillip at Customer Support fixed me up and I was able to activate my subscription without h hitch.
I've been using a free Perplexity app on my iPhone. It's great, and I've no doubt the Pro version subscription will be even better.

office pro 2021 plus
The offer of office pro 2021 plus for a discounted price of 32 euros was too good to miss especially as I was using a considerably older version which would probably come to the end of its update life in the near future. The transaction was quick and easy as was the installation and registration of the new version. Very satisfied all round.

Delivered promptly
Delivered promptly, installation instructions were clear and thorough. Only negative was not getting .pst capability with my Office 24. If I'd known would have ordered 2021 for the new computer which worked great when ordered last year. Office 2024 keeps requiring me to switch to classic view to see my pst.
