Brytesoft, genuine Microsoft Great price

I have been a customer for several years. I have found the Brytesoft products to be legal Microsoft software downloaded from Microsoft servers with genuine Microsoft keys. The software downloads and installs without issue and is associated with your individual Microsoft account.
On the rare occasion of a problem, Brytesoft customer service is outstanding. I have never purchased a product that didn’t work. The pricing is excellent.
I highly recommend Brytesoft.

Buying a product from Brytesoft was a…

Buying a product from Brytesoft was a complete waste of time and a deeply frustrating experience. I am posting this public review to warn others about Brytesoft’s business practices so they don’t make the same mistake of buying from this company. Buyer beware!
As part of an order I bought a Perplexity AI Pro subscription key (1 year) from Brytesoft on January 11, 2026, and it turned into a quite frustrating experience. Brytesoft uses a website with an untrustworthy security credentials/settings that most browsers and systems cannot authenticate. The activation code they provided did not work from the beginning.
What made this far worse is that all of their so-called customer support is handled by AI bots (Steve and Philip). I never once communicated with a real human being. No human ever followed up! Over more than 10 days and no fewer than 25 emails, I received no support or actual resolution of any kind.
When I finally requested a refund, they still delayed the process for more than 48 hours. I then had no choice but to open a formal dispute and complaint via PayPal - that case was resolved in my favor.

To clarify, while we do use AI to help with initial triage and faster first responses, all escalations, refunds, and resolution cases are handled by real team members. In your case, that handover did not happen as intended, and we acknowledge the impact this had on your experience.

We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused around the activation issue and the refund timeline. While we’re glad PayPal was able to resolve the matter for you, we regret that it reached that point instead of being handled promptly by us.

I purchased a 2 yr perplexity pro…

I purchased a 2 yr perplexity pro subscription, 5 months later perplexity shut down my access as brytesoft has been re-selling an unauthorised activation code.

I contacted Brytesoft multiple times request #33298. They acknowledged the issue and the refund request, but made absolutely zero attempt to resolve it. I had to open a case with PayPal.
Brytesoft refunded the amount on the very last day of the PayPal case window. Guys, this is not okay letting the customer labour at getting a refund for an unauthorised sale.

If you read through the history of other 1 and 2 star reveiws, this is a repeated story. My advise use paypal with this company to have buyer protection, take care with subscriptions they may be sold on without authorisation, keep evidence of your purchase history will show as SC Trade Group Pte Ltd

Brytesoft has their act together!

I had one issue when setting up the discounted software I bought from Brytesoft, and Philip in their support department sorted it out quickly on the first go.
I bought Microsoft software that currently retails for a little over $1,600 through normal channels, but was able to to do so for just under $90 at Brytesoft, without any problems with product key activation.
It's all good!

Fast, cheap, efficient, but not for rookies

I've ordered Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Professional Plus for an excellent price. The moment the payment got through, I got a Product Key and was able to install the software. Everything great, but... (and this is not about Brytesoft). One needs to carefully read and follow the instructions to make the license work and that is not easy to do for a rookie. The lower the price for a software package, the higher the requirements for knowledge. Would leave 5 stars (this is about Brytesoft) if I got an invoice in PDF (easy to print without garbage)
