I cannot comment on the quality of the item I ordered (Square overhead 3 way rigid riser shower kit with square bath shower mixer and basin tap set - £179.95) as despite ordering it last week and B&Q website stating it was free next day delivery, I have still not received it. Now I have received an email from B&Q advising the item is now out of stock, even though it is still showing as available on their website. They advise I have to deal directly with Bubly Bathrooms to resolve the issue. I have emailed them (no telephone number listed anywhere), only to receive an automated response saying my query will be dealt with within 48hrs! Given the negative comments on TrustPilot about how long it takes to get a refund, I am not hopeful this will end well and now my project will delayed. I truly wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company.

Useless. No communication, no replies to emails, no answer on the phone. Item not despatched 9 days later and B&Q won't refund for another 2 days.
Avoid!!!!

After having another couple of companies fail to fulfil my order of a specific sink, the team at Bubly were very helpful and the sink arrived well in time for the work to start. This was a bonus given how the other companies had left it till last minute to fail.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I ordered radiator valves on 5 August and was subsequently told that the item had been lost, only when chasing a week later. I was then advised they were out of stock, although they continued to appear as available on the B&Q website.
After contacting customer services again, I received the same response that the items were out of stock. Therefore requested a refund, but was informed that it could take 14 days to receive my money back.
Overall, the communication has been poor and the handling of this order has fallen well below expectations.
Avoid!!

Useless. Don't send item and you have to wait ages of a refund.

I bought a product that was a misunderstanding on my behalf and I wanted to return the item and have itrefunded. Absolutely no problem from James and the team. The experience was so easy and so gratefully appreciated.
Would highly recommend Bubly Bathrooms and there awesome customer service.

After calling the number which I was asked to nobody to take your call so left a voicemail and then got a voicemail back asking to call which again I did and surprise surprise nobody to take your call customer service non existent avoid and should you purchase from.b&q double check that you aren't dealing with this company I still dont have my bathroom suite and still no idea where it is because you cant actually speak to a person they use messaging to track your order but no information and if you ring you get cut off im so frustrated avoid

A previous order with Bubly hit some bumps in the road over communication but I was impressed enough with how that was ultimately handled to give the company another go. Having explained over the phone that this time we needed a particular toilet urgently to keep our building schedule on track Bubly saw to it that the order reached us within 24 hours at a time when Black Friday deliveries were also in full swing. Very impressed that when we were stuck they pulled out all the stops to help us - THANK YOU : )

The communications post sale were great and the bath arrived on time. A great bath as well.

Since posting this statement, I have since had a very quick response from Bubly Bathrooms within 30 mins, the situation has been resolved, I received a full refund & compensation towards a new toilet seat. I am very happy with the outcome & would be happy to make another purchase from this company again.

I ordered this product, told it was out for delivery never received it, rang for a refund & 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the refund. Not happy with the service.

The automated email messages were not accurate, indicating that my items had despatched when this was not the case at all. However, the company responded to my communications quickly and my items arrived safely, if later than expected.

Item arrived next day. No problems

Very fast delivery at a very good price . One star of as didn't have any delivery details to know when item was arriving , otherwise all good.

Excellent customer service!
We bought via B&Q and any installation hiccups were soon rectified with replacement parts sent out right away free of charge. Great company and very responsive.

if your website is going to show the stock then make it accurate..

The speed of response by both phone and email was very fast when i reported a missing tap delivery. Without fuss they offered a Full Refund or Full replacement. Turns out the missing tap was down to my teenage son and bad housekeeping. The tap turned up at home within 24hrs!! Phoned and cancelled my Refund request and their response was kind, considerate and understanding. Excellent experience and would recommend them to all future clients.
