I bought bathroom furniture from FNX bathrooms, great product and very reasonable prices, and most importantly, fantastic customer service experience, I highly recommend FNX BATHROOMS.

EVRi still haven't delivered my order, get back to me, or loose further orders, EVRI are malfeasant every time, desist using them, they will destroy your business res ipsa loquitur.

Extremely disappointing experience. The product arrived broken, and the second part of my order never arrived despite being promised next-day delivery. The product quality is poor, and customer service has completely failed to respond to my concerns.

I arranged for a builder to start the bathroom installation, and the old toilet has already been removed. Now I’m facing unnecessary delays and additional costs because of their poor service and lack of communication.

I would never recommend this seller to anyone. Poor product quality, unreliable delivery and no after-sales support. Think twice before buying!

I have not received the delivery, but app says delivered.

I ordered a tap and shower mixer kit through B&Q from FNX Bathrooms on 27 September 2026 (Sunday). The products were advertised with next-day delivery, which was an important reason I chose them. I deliberately ordered well in advance of the work being carried out. The delivery was planned between 28-30th of September.

The order was apparently dispatched, but nothing arrived. More importantly, nobody from FNX contacted me to say there was a problem. I eventually had to chase B&Q and then FNX myself (wasting my time), only to discover that the courier had apparently lost the parcel or whatever the explanation was.

FNX have now told me that the item is actually out of stock and they need to wait another 2–3 days for stock from the manufacturer before they can even send a replacement. Their own website was still showing the product as in stock when I checked.

So after ordering an item advertised for next-day delivery, nearly two weeks later I still have nothing, and I only found out what happened because I chased them myself.

What made the experience particularly poor was the attitude of the customer service representative on the phone. When I explained that I had trades booked and had ordered the items well in advance specifically because they were advertised as next-day delivery, I was told that I “shouldn’t book traders until I have the items.” - fair point, but I think thats the selling point of next day deliveries, right?

That is an extraordinary response when the problem was caused by their delivery/stock situation and lack of communication. Rather than apologising and trying to find a practical solution — for example, offering a comparable product they actually have available — the attitude was essentially that I could wait for new stock or cancel the order and go elsewhere.

Mistakes and lost parcels happen, I know. What earns the one-star review is how a company deals with them. In this case there appears to be poor coordination between warehose, dispatch and the courier, no proactive communication when the delivery failed, inaccurate stock information, and customer service that left me feeling that their problem had simply been made mine.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I couldn’t recommend FNX Bathrooms.

Excellent customer service, I had been waiting for taps to come in and when they did they , not even unpacked from delivery they found them boxed them up and I recieved the next day

Order a cistern via Amazon and we had courier issues. FNX Bathrooms customer service were very responsive and helpful in trying to sort this out. Eventually delivered and cistern looks good, but yet to install it.

Prompt delivery and item packaged well.

An order had a missing component, but after contacting FNX Bathrooms, the issue was fixed quickly to ensure I could complete the task in hand.

Ordered taps via B&Q and was still waiting after a week. Called FNX and was informed that the courier had lost the items.
Ordered taps direct from FNX on next day delivery and they didn't show up. After three days called the company who informed me that the item had been damaged by the courier and was being returned.
Had it from reliable source that the taps are not in stock, but the company is still taking money for next day delivery.

Product met requirement with the best price and delivered on time

Price was better than everywhere else. Item very well packaged and delivered quickly.

I purchased a wall hung toilet cistern from B&Q which in turn was supplied by FNX. My plumber had some issues with the fitting and we needed a replacement outlet pipe and seals. Despite it being several months after initial purchase, FNX kindly supplied the replacement part FOC.
Very pleased with their customer service

The team there are so helpful and helped me source most of the bits for my bathroom at a much better price. I would highly recommend I had bits posted and I went to collect some too and everything is spot on. Thanks again

Had 3 deliveries from FNX, none arrived on due delivery date, on checking tracking no tracking was available, was told by FNX repeatedly just have to wait till tracking updates!! On contacting the courier I was told, no tracking was because they had not yet received the item so couldn't be scanned into the system. They actually received the item 3 days after the delivery date. Email responses are AI generated and do not answer any questions raised. Very poor customer service.
Go elsewhere or be prepared to be disappointed.

Ordered a replacement cistern handle via eBay. There was a delay in delivery caused by Evri as it was stuck in the network for 2 days but the product itself and the communications between myself and FNX were fine. What was slightly disappointing was that the listing suggested delivery was by Royal Mail 48, with Evri you always take your chances !

We lost a part of the cistern six months after we bought it as we had a massive delay getting our bathroom fitted. I reached out to the company via ebay, wondering if they had a spare part and they went to the trouble of contacting the manufacturer and getting us a new part. Wonderfully refreshing to have a company that genuinely tries to help
