good communication, fast despatch of order, exactly as described

Ordered small cloak room vanity unit. Arrived the day after order, item was as described on web site. Package was well protected with bubble wrap and is good quality.

Order seemed to have been dealt with and dispatched quickly but not delivered until 18th march, this may have been courier problem. Looks great although not yet fitted.

Took a week to get told item was out off stock. Item was dispatched! Waiting for refund.

I ordered a replacement basin waste, the pop up waste was reasonably priced and free delivery and delivered in two days.

My error in ordering incorrectly meant the shower valve
had to be returned, this was handled with prompt and helpful communications with FNX customer service who

Really great company. Ordered tap on a Friday. Thought I would have to wait until Monday but came on Saturday. Excellent service.

We chose FNX as they did a towel radiator in the size we required, ordering was easy, delivery notifications were perfect.
The radiator arrived well packaged and looks a very good quality and weight, we are waiting for the radiator to be fitted, but experience so far with FNX was great, thank you.

ordered a bathroom product from FNX Bathrooms via B&Q with next day delivery. It did not arrive for over 5 days. When it finally turned up, I refused delivery due to the delay.

FNX then fabricated a story claiming the courier had re-delivered the item and that I had signed for it. This was completely false. They requested CCTV footage, which I provided, clearly proving no delivery or signature ever took place.

Despite this evidence, FNX refused to take responsibility and told me to chase the courier myself, stating it was “nothing to do with them”. They also refused to refund nearly £500.

The only reason I got my money back was because I had ordered through B&Q, who stepped in after I raised a complaint and issued the refund themselves. Had I not had CCTV footage or B&Q’s involvement, I would have been £500 out of pocket.

Absolutely appalling customer service, zero accountability, and dishonest behaviour. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a boiler kitchen tap and it arrived quickly but after installation the filter provided was faulty and leaked. I contacted FNX and they responded immediately and had their supplier send a replacement which arrived in only a couple of days so I wasn't left waiting to use the boiler too long. Really helpful and great experience with them.

I choose next day delivery on 11th January and it is now the 17th January and I have still not received my item

Had a slight issue fitting a vanity unit but Chloe came to the rescue.
I cannot fault this company at all with there aftersales process.
If you are looking to update your bathroom this company is the one to go too. Very highly recommended
