Ordered something months ago and they aren’t even responding to me anymore. This is a fraudulent company.

Product ordered in December. Product delivered three months later. Four emails sent to customer service seeking updates-two through Shop and two by me. Zero response. Zero contact until tracking information three days before delivery. Product quality mediocre. Decent leather, but construction is more rustic than I expected for the price.

Have placed an custom order late December 2025, which I am still waiting on. Status says shipped but actually still in production and got told now mid February to be shipped out. My complaint is the customer service when leaving a message takes a ridiculous amount of time before you get a response, if you get one. You have to keep messaging them. Totally useless customer support. This is the reason I am not buying anything anymore from you. My experience with this company is through the Etsy platform.

I have yet to receive my package and ups hasn’t shipped it. I contacted bucks twice but no response to my emails

Three weeks after ordering a wkd travel bag and no info on delivery, I contacted the company. Sara the owner even got involved and said a second bag had been fast tracked. Great but when I looked at the tracking number, it was the exact same as the one for the first order, so all this supposedly great customer service was just a real hoax! Never again

quality of the product is the reason I buy from Bucks. It is the highest quality leather, not made-in-China junk. You don't have to flip through endless screens of cheap, fakes, let alone, fake leather labeled "leather" as on Amazon.

Really amazing product! Well constructed and smells incredible. So excited to use it for work. Thank you for making a tote with a wide base!

I'm changing my review. I've benn given the heads up that my purchase is arriving today. That's after i made another prompt to the company sales depart,ment. Becasue they did not respond to me I have no idea if my effort made any difference. However, I'm thrilled to hear I might receive it today.

The product is great quality, exactly how I expected.

I ordered a leather duffle bag and requested to have my initials placed on it. The bag itself is not the issue. It is beautiful, and it is the second bag I have purchased from Bucks.

When I received the bag I contacted customer support through the website and have not heard back. I can live without the initials, but what concerns me is the warranty they advertise. If I cannot get a response over something so simple, how can I expect to reach anyone if I ever need to use the warranty? I did see a review of a product on their website that complained about not being able to reach anybody.

I value the quality of your products and hope this review encourages someone from your team to reach out so we can resolve this.

The company has not responded to 3 requests to return their zip around passport holder. The quality of the product is very disappointing.

I really like the bag. The material and construction feels high quality and it was perfect for travelling. The customer service was completely absent – I never heard back from anyone despite reaching out. It shipped fast but I also didn't get it monogrammed which was requested. Good bag but it seems like a small company and not service facing.

I haven’t received my bag I ordered 16 days ago. I sent an email asking about the monogram, no reply. I sent an email following up and asking when it would ship, no reply. I sent an email following up on both questions, no reply. So I’m over $200 in and have nothing and am not sure if this is a real company or if I’ve been scammed.

I cannot get the company to return an email regarding a desire to return my bag and potentially order something different.

Sent wrong size waiting weeks for reply to request for exchanges still no response from company. Very poor customer service would not recommend doing business with Buck Leather Company.

Took almost three weeks to deliver the product. For the first two weeks I emailed, reached out to their Instagram account and STILL no one has answered. No phone number to call. Was going to cancel the order on my VISA for fraud and the package actually arrived. This would be a 1 star but the product looks fine and true to the photos on their website.

I paid extra money for custom name engraving on a leather bag and a leather portfolio. Firstly, the quality of both of these items was absolutely terrible stitching was so poor and the leather was cheap and thin. Secondly, the items did not come with a custom engraving that I paid extra for. I reached out to them over email multiple times over a period of three weeks and they did not respond. I then reached out to them on Facebook and their account on instagram. They still ignored me. This company is a complete SCAM. Do not order from them.
