After waiting for my order for over a week, I check the tracking link. It shows "Return to Sender" due to incorrect address, however, a picture of my house was included in the status (meaning they arrived at the correct address). Why was I not informed before it was sent back? I reached out to the company but I have not received any response yet.

There on line chat took two days to respond. I stayed persistent to get a hold of them. Once they responded they were apologetic, very kind and helpful. Placed the order on the 15th and received the order on the 30th. I was happy with timeline, delivery and product.

Placed order on Nov 20/21. Since then no updates, or useable tracking number. Everything routes me back to that crappy shop app. Received emails to review the items bought though. The first of which was received the next day after purchase. Perhaps work on your fulfillment and order update info before worrying about making sure I give you a product review. I still can't tell where our items are. Emailed thier sales team regarding this.. crickets.

Absolutely horrible service.
Payment taken for order, yet after more than 4 weeks, wallet was never shipped. FedEx ‘label created’ however Bucks Leather did not ship the wallet. I received no response to multiple emails requesting info regarding shipping, delivery or possible refund.
Bucksleather does not provide a phone number.
No choice but to file credit card dispute.
Very disappointed with Bucksleather as the wallet looked very nice.
They took my money but did not ship the item.
I will shop elsewhere.

I purchased 4 Dopp Kits for my groomsmen. Purchasing was easy and straightforward. The only complaint I have is that the website and etsy offer 2 different engraving options.

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, THE WORST CHRISTMAS MEMORY!

I am thinking that I lost $100 and lots of time plus trust to these small ecommerce.

It has been 29 days that I am in the process of return and exchange or refund! Here is my detailed story I hope some one read it!

On Dec 11th, I purchased a vertical wallet for my friend's son as a christmas gift. Her son opend it on christmas day and prefered a small wallet to be fit to the jeans' pocket.

Therefore, on Dec 25th, I sent them an email as per Bucks Leather Co. instruction for return and exchange.

After somedays they replied and provided me with an address in Mississauga. They emphasized that the return should be done from a "USPS" store not regular UPS store. I wondered what the USPS was?!

I searched a lot and find out there is no such a thing in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Actually, the nearset one was 65 km away in US I think!!!

I sent lots of emails on a daily basis to figure out about the matter because there was no return label as well!!!

No phone number, no response to emails and no response to online chat!!!

Eventually, on Jan 10th, I sent the parcel from a regular UPS store and paid the expense because the 30 days return window period was ending.

Aftermath, I changed my mind for exchange and get a small wallet instead of that tall vertical one; apparantly, I must avoid to do business with them any more.

I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING BACK AFTER 3 WEEKS.

Great looking & feeling leather bag. Leather quality is exceptional, and at a great value. Purchased a small duffle bag, which was a little bigger than the typical gym bag. Still haven't used the bag yet, but I feel I will have no issues. One of the reasons for purchasing from your company was the lifetime warranty. If I ever have a problem with the bag, I know it will be repaired. Quick delivery from date of purchase.

Quick shipping on a quality product. Perfect size and color. Highly recommended

This is a christmas present, so the review will be better after the fact!
However, so far the experience has been just as I’d hoped!

Misleading advertising.

It seems like this product was designed by a computer program or a low-resolution, possibly even a weak-ethics, academic-minded business owner.

Full-grain is technically not lying. But yeah, thin, weak, ragged edges, no burnishing, and cheap nylon inners, with haphazard stitching on occasion. Plus cheap fixtures! (The zipper is product ruinously bad, will absolutely fail long before the leather and is not designed in any repairable manner.)

This product is a lying middle ground. Either spend half as much to get the same thing somewhere else with fewer lies, or spend twice as much and get what they're trying to impersonate. This entire product feels like I just dealt with one of those smart criminals who gets by via never technically breaking the law.

I'm near to feeling ripped off, but mostly I'm just feeling demoralized. I'm glad I bought the rest of my wife's leather gifts for her new EDC from Saddleback. Buck's leather sucks. Either charge more and make something that isn't consumer-grade garbage, or charge less and stop ripping people off with your keyword depravity.
