I have purchased several pairs of BS trunks over the last couple of years which I cannot rave enough about. I thought I'd give the boxer shorts pack of four a go. After a few washes they were faded and we're 'pilling'. They went on a 'cold' wash and were not left to dry in the sun... Bit ordinary.

I did email Budgy Smuggler and was basically told that as it was 28 days over the 30 day refund policy that nothing could be done.
Expected more from such a company especially when cost of the underwear was not cheap.

I was chasing an order (which turned out I had ordered from anther service on line ) I phoned and left a message at budgiesmuggler and received a call within 10 minutes
I had a couple of staff from different stores phone to return my call
Each staff member was friendly bright and cheery so very helpful
Even when we realised the order number was not one of budgysmuggler
Staff member was so lovely
Because of the wonderful service I received I will definitely be purchasing

Budgy Smuggler is a great company and designs are so much fun! Their online order deliver timely and economically to the US. Once I left my sunglasses in an Australian store and they found them and mailed them back!! Service is outstanding.

No communication
Very poor to little communication.
Had to chase multiple times, no reply.
Got to a point where a friend had to contact them on my behalf
Even after submitting on custom order we had to chase.
With the poor service and high prices we will not be buying

In dealing with Dani and due to the timeframe restriction we were unable to order in time for our trip. The time delay between messages to Dani, then from her to to the designer, back to Dani and then back to us over 10-11 days has been the reason for this. We were trying to go with a trusted Australian brand however this has not been possible which is most disappointing, frustrating and a waste of time.

Livraison en avance et qualité du maillot commandé. Pleinement satisfait.

j'ai acheté un Bob. J'ai choisi une marque Australienne imaginant que j'aurai le top de la qualité. Ce n'est pas le cas, l'épaisseur du tissus est microscopique,je peux en déduire qu'il n'y aura aucune tenu des formes dans le temps.
Même les Bob que l'on trouve sur les marchés sont plus épais!!!!
En bref, je n’achèterai plus jamais cette marque.

They are amazing really comfortable and you can use them for sports. Amazing product and price i would buy again

Great designs but sizing is always small based on your usual innerwear size. I guess its their USP but for plus size always hard to manage. Love the designs and funkiness though! Please address plus size clients as well.

Sweat magnifique, la taille est niquel (S --> 1m77). Reçu très vite.
Néanmoins la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Les matériaux utilisés n'ont pas l'air de bonne qualité. J'ai l'impression d'avoir acheté ça sur Shein...
Il tient plutôt chaud mais je sent l'air passer à travers le sweat.
Au vu du prix (110€), je m'attendais à un vêtements de très grande qualité.

I got the matching set for me and my son and they both fit so well! Iv gotten compliments every time I wear them, super comfy and I love the wide variety. Love that my child’s swimmers came with a matching hat, he looks super adorable in it.

Happy with product and very fast speeding

I tried to exchange a new never worn swimsuit that I was given for Xmas for a different size and felt berated by the Manly store staff for not having a receipt. They would not give me an exchange. I've never seen this from an apparel company. Surprised and disappointed.

J’ai commandé plusieurs ensembles chez Budgy Smuggler et franchement, gros coup de cœur. La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous : matières épaisses, confortables, gainantes et surtout parfaites pour le sport. Je les utilise en crossfit, y compris sur des entraînements intenses, et rien ne bouge : maintien au top, zéro transparence, super liberté de mouvement.

Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, ce sont les motifs et les couleurs. Gambas, citrons, perroquets, hibiscus… 🦞🦜🍋🌺c’est hyper fun, hyper coloré et ça se démarque totalement des marques d’activewear classiques. Ça donne une vraie bonne énergie à l’entraînement et clairement, on ne passe pas inaperçue à la salle 😄

On sent que c’est du vrai active sportswear, pensé pour performer tout en gardant une vraie personnalité. Confort, qualité, originalité et bonne vibe : exactement l’esprit Budgy Smuggler. Je recommande à 100 % 💪

Beware if you are considering purchasing with international delivery! I ordered two items from Budgy Smuggler to be shipped to South Africa as gifts. Unfortunately, the shipment was not marked as a gift on the commercial invoice which resulted in really high customs duties being applied which I wasn’t able to dispute.

If Budgy Smuggler offers shipping to South Africa, there should be clearer customs handling for gift purchases, and a better process for enabling this or at the very least an upfront warning about the potential duty impact. I completely appreciate Budgy Smuggler do not set duties, but better shipping processes could have made this a much less unpleasant experience. I would not have placed the order had I known that shipping and duties would leave me around $150 out of pocket. The $100 duty fee would not have been payable had my gifts simply been marked as gifts. I’m hoping the products themselves are okay (if they ever arrive!), but the lack of guidance around international customs made this a very costly experience.

Je déconseille fortement. J’ai payé 10 € de plus pour une livraison express, commandée mardi pour être livré avant samedi. J’ai même pris la peine d’appeler pour confirmer… Résultat : samedi, toujours rien. Service client inexistant, pas de réponse ni par mail ni par téléphone. Et en prime, un cadeau d’anniversaire gâché. Bravo le sérieux.

Budgies are my absolute go to. More comformatble and last longer then the bigger brands. Ive just tested them in the coldest water the UK had to offer and they work there too! Great job team.
