This company is straight trash and I don't want to stand behind their product. They run a massive campaign about talking about how comfortable their pillows are but they really fail right after the three-month mark and, come to find out, they only guarantee their product for that amount. Once you go beyond that, they'll completely deny your claim for warranty.
I purchased two pillows from them, which was over about $50 each. I was already a little concerned that it was a little firm but it did sink in and everything ended up working out. Fast forward three to maybe four months later, the pillows became extremely hard. I ended up contacting them around the four-month mark and ended up emailing them and spoke with an A.I. rep and told them about my situation: the pillows have become hard and it's difficult to sleep at night. They transferred the request out to an actual live rep who just turned around and responded in email and told me that they were not going to refund the money.
I asked them, "I'm not asking for a refund. I'm asking to at least allow me to exchange this product for another different line of product because these pillows are too hard." After explaining it to the rep she refused to do anything and actually got rude with me in the email. I spent almost $100 on pillows there and they are not any good anymore. Right now I'm having neck problems because the pillows get so hard. I really regret that I bought pillows from this place and I probably should have gone to Costco instead.
I finally found a quilt that actually works for Florida weather. The Buffy Air Cooling Quilt is cool to the touch the moment you lay under it—and the best part is that it stays that way all night. No more kicking off covers halfway through the night.
It’s lightweight but still gives that cozy, “tucked in” feeling, which is exactly what I want as a hot sleeper. Living in a warm climate, it’s been hard to find something I can use most of the year, but this one really hits that sweet spot.
I already own Buffy’s comforters, and they’ve all been amazing. The Breeze comforter is perfect for winter—soft, breathable, and just the right amount of warmth. This cooling quilt fills the gap for the rest of the year, and now I feel like my bedding setup is complete.
If you sleep hot or live somewhere warm, this is definitely worth it.

This is Scam‼️ I ordered 2 comforters, texture was silky, completely different than pictures. In order to initiate return you have to email them, they asked me to donated to goodwill and send a picture of the donation receipt, which I did then they never answer, I never received the refund.

Got the full set with the comforter (in a larger size so that the bedding looks and feels more plush too, and while I'm happy with the overall purchase, the comforter sheds more than I'd like. Every couple of months I have to lint roll it and an embarrassing amount of fluff comes off each time. A little annoying to keep up with, but not a dealbreaker. Sheets alone might be a 5/5 — great product with just that one caveat on the comforter.

Cloud comforter literally the stuffing is coming out of the outside fabric At first I thought because it was new and needed a little time. But I have to keep a powerful lint brush near the bed to keep it somewhat free of this filling. I need to do this every few days. For me this was an expensive purchase and yet I find the quality to be extremely poor.

I was hesitant spending that much money for a comforter but I’ll never go back. Hands down the best investment I’ve ever made getting the cloud comforter from Buffy! I typically run cold and could never stay warm in the winter until making this purchase. Don’t waste your money with another subpar comforter you’ll throw out in 5 months, invest in Buffy’s products for quality comfort.

The comforter is just as amazing now as it was 6 months ago when I first purchased it. It is incredibly soft and I look forward to going to bed now thanks to Buffy! This was one of the best purchases I have made and I highly recommend the comforter! I also got bath towels which are just as luxurious and amazing! Item arrived damaged. I emailed multiple times but have yet to get an answer on how to resolve this issue. And I can't just return it because you have to email them to initiate the return but again, I am left on read. Do not recommend. This feels scammy.

From front to back, user friendly website with perfect description of products. Easy ordering , tracking and updates on delivery. Hands down best product I’ve owned bar none, customer follow up very good without being overbearing. Being pessimistic I was transformed into a worshipper of my comforter, in fact you undersold it in some sense lol. Being a 2x cancer battler with a myriad of health issues this comforter and other products have Been a great help in all that goes on… the styling and materials are fantastic… thank you.

I had a great experience with Buffy. Ordering was easy, and my items were delivered in good condition, exactly when I expected them. The best part of ordering from Buffy was the quality of the items. I absolutely love my Linen Quilt; it's the perfect weight, looks good, and washed up beautifully. I also got the Cloud Comforter, Breeze Duvet Cover (I love the look of the wooden buttons!), and two Cloud Pillows. Everything is excellent quality and the set makes my guest room look relaxed inviting, and comfortable. Just what I wanted and well worth the price!

If I could give zero stars I would! Their customer service is an absolute joke. The incorrect color sheets were sent (in the "correct" box). When I contacted their customer service for assistance their response was to tell me that the sheets were correct. Even after sending photos of the correct item and what I received they REFUSE to rectify their mistake! A total of 6 communications have been sent, and they continue to refuse to help. NEVER AGAIN!! Steer clear of this company!!

I previously purchased a set of breeze sheets and a duvet cover from Buffy. The sheets are soft, buttery and breathable. The duvet cover is exceptional and easy to remove/wash. I will only be buying my bedding from Buffy from now on in order to ensure a great nights rest!

***UPDATE 3/21/26*** there is no update. After replying to my initial review within two days, I have had no further communication in the 19 days since. Which leads me to believe that there is one customer service employee, and their role is to respond to visible reviews with empty assurances. I have also emailed and sent a subsequent request through the website that has been “escalated” as I now have two comforters (one that is 15 months old and one that is 4) that have defects. Unfortunately, the three year warranty is only as good as the company’s ability to respond to people requesting information on it.

A good way to tell how serious a company is about their customer service is to see how easily you can contact that company.
With that in mind, try giving this company a call AT THE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE RIGHT NOW. Go ahead - check it out. You will find this line: “ We’re available at hello@xxx or at 1-855-466-4812 Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET.”
Try giving that number a call. You will get a message that states “the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time”. It turns out that they aren’t accepting calls because it’s easier to ignore emails when attempting to avoid customer service altogether.
I’m not the type to write negative reviews, but these comforters are garbage. And the fact they they imply some sort of superior product and solid customer service has prompted me to take the time to write this review.
I should have known early on when I placed to orders in late November, early December, 2024. Within two days, I received an email that one of the comforters I had ordered was sold out, and would be back in stock by December 20th”. I thought this could be cutting it a bit close for a Christmas gift, but let the company know that would wait. On December 24th (when I had not received a further update, or shipping confirmation), I followed up, but received no response. On December 30th, I followed up again. I didn’t receive this comforter until almost the middle of January, with minimal follow up or updates.
In September of 2025, I made the mistake of washing one of my comforters. I did so at a laundromat, and followed the care instructions exactly. After I had finished these two hours at the laundromat, I was concerned to see that my comforter looked (and felt) roughly like a cat’s tongue. I reached out to customer service, and was told that a replacement would be sent on 9/23/25. On 10/1, I had (again) not received an update in regards to the new comforter going out. By the middle of October, I had received my replacement. Almost immediately, I noticed issues with this replacement. Anyone who slept under it came out of bed covered in little balls of whatever is inside of the comforter. This was stuck on their clothes, in their hair, in their eyelashes, in their mouths. Literally everywhere. My wife and I found a little hole in the comforter and attempted to seal it, but the problem still persists.
I tried to call customer service (as I indicated above), to no avail. I emailed them on 12/31. Then 1/8. Then 1/14. Then 1/28. On 2/11, I submitted a whole new case, and on 2/12 received the following response:
“Thanks for reaching out to us, although sorry to hear about this.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement as your order is outside of our Three Year Protection Plan. Be sure to check out our website as we are currently running our site-wide sale for 25% off.”
Within three hours, I replied with the following:
“I appreciate the “sale”, but I’m not sure that you are understanding. I ordered this comforter in November of 2024. I received it in January of 2025. By October, I had made the mistake of washing it. A single time. And it looked like a cat’s tongue.
As a result, you sent a replacement, that immediately began leaking filling. I reached out in December for the first time. I have followed up four further times, and this is the first response I received.
If you point of the “three year protection plan” is that you managed to send two deficient comforters in 9 months, then it would seem to defeat the purpose of having a “three year protection plan”?
If you think I’m somehow stockpiling comforters, feel free to send me a return receipt. I will happily send both of these back as they are largely unusable.”
I have not received a response since that time.
If you are looking to spend upwards of $300 for a comforter that won’t last long, and which wont be addressed by customer service, then this is the product for you! Otherwise, you might want to consider literally anything else.

I purchased in November 2025 products, however quality wasn't what i exprected; returned 5 of the 6 items. They said donate with a receipt; i did so. THey took weeks to send the two pillows and said I received them when I didn'
Today I received my credit card bill and I was billed fulll charge for all the merchandise I donated excpet for one bedding.
on all the products I donated with proof that I did so.
I sent email; no response; I tried calling; number and it is out of service. Horrible experience. Material is cheap, cheap cheap!!!!!
