According to our records and the carriers tracking shows the mirror was delivered, supported by a time-stamped photo from the carrier that we shared with you. We understand there was some initial confusion, as you later reported you received two mirrors.
Despite the proof of delivery, and you stating you received two mirrors, we chose to issue you a 100% full refund to ensure you were not left dissatisfied. We are surprised to see a 1-star review given our multiple conversations and prompt resolution of this for you.

Your shipping address must be correct at checkout for your package to be delivered correctly. Your package was shipped to the address you provided at checkout, as it is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. You placed an old address at check out. As stated in your email:
"I found the problem. I used Gpay for the first time in 2 years, and the address has not been updated. Is there a way to get it back? I don't know the current resident, and management will not help as I had to take them to court to get my security deposit back."

I hate to give you this rating, but I need help! The socks are beautiful, but they’re too long & as I get them to my knee, I have to fold them over & then Im in trouble! They bind up & hurt me so badly that I cannot wear them. If I go to the smaller size, they will not fit my big feet. Can you help me? Thank you!

When a product is shipped from a place it cannot be returned to, that is tantamount to fraud because your company shields itself from refunding a return.
The return process is unnecessarily cumbersome to ensure that purchases are not refunded.

Run don’t buy item was a scam! The wreath I ordered is nothing like advertised, small with cheap flowers and pumpkins attached to a plastic wreath with glue. Horrible purchase and will not order from this company again.

A sturdy circular bookshelf on wheels
The bookcase arrived in good condition in a 67 lb box! Assembly was pretty straight forward, no missing screws or bits. All of the parts receiving screws were pre-drilled so securing the screws was easy with the supplied screwdriver. The completed bookcase seems very sturdy. I did make a upgrade to the installation process. The provided 'wood screws' would have abraded the book covers as the tops of the screws were not flush with the shelf pieces. I used a counter sink tool to prepare each hole first so that the screw heads were flush with the shelf piece.
