Brilliant customer service nothing to small very friendly and helpful it make me at ease

The lever on my buggy has worn away. Contacted Jon and Matt and left a message. Jon rang me within a couple of minutes and sorted me out with a new one immediately (free of charge!) The buggy is still brilliant after 2 years and so is the service! I'm so pleased that I chose Bugg Ease. Should I need another one in the future I will go to them without any hesitation. Superb company and a wonderful product. Well done guys!

I bought a Bugg ease mini buggy to enable my wife who has MS to get round fishing lakes. I am very impressed with the buggy. It appears to be very solidly made and perfect for our requirements. We use it with a remote control so my wife only has to do the steering.
The buggy was very easy to set-up and intuitive to use.
Jon and Matt have been very helpful and respond promptly to any contact.

First class service got delivered next day. I then went out for 18 holes and very happy top product very comfortable ,and Jon and Matt take time to talk to make sure your happy Thankyou one happy golfer👍

I have just got a 4 Seasons Crossover Pro and hope to play in morning Jon & Matt are great guys they cant do enough to help and delivery was very smooth. Hope everything goes ok them both

Purchased my buggy from Jon and Matt last week. It arrived safely, undamaged in 48 hours. All instructions are easy to follow to build your buggy and there are videos too.
With severe arthritis, this will save me approximately £1700 a year from renting buggies from clubs. It’s truly a game changer. The ease of the remote control to drive it into your vehicle is incredible. The ride comfort is amazing and everything does what it should do. Everyone at my golf club loves it and thinks that it looks amazing.

Phoned them up to purchase a 4000 series buggy on the Friday before late May bank Holiday and asked if they could deliver the next Tuesday and the chap I spoke to said yes normally but its bank holiday Monday so it would be a Wednesday delivery. I said I was pretty desperate due to playing a competition on the Wednesday and with back problems I really needed it so he said he would see what he could do and he came through and pulled out all the stops to make it happen and it was delivered Tuesday morning. The buggy is great and its a big thankyou from me to a great caring company. I would definitely recommend

Brilliant customer service from Matt today despite it being a bank holiday. I had damaged the throttle cable which was causing an intermittent fault. Rang Matt on the Friday and arranged to drop off buggy Monday morning. Within 30 mins new cable fitted and only charged for the cost of the part.Had buggy 3 years and only issue I've ever had and I was to blame. Great product and best customer service I've ever known. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a buggy after Bugg-Ease was recommended to me . I cannot emphasise enough how life changing this was for me . 'What a brilliant piece of equipment . !!! My life has so improved by having this buggy .' The simplicity of purchase , to delivery, set up and use was ' AWESOME '. I used to play only once a month . Ive only had it 5 days and this has enabled me to play 3 days , 1 day 27holes.

I bought a refurbished buggy. They are engineers. Description was precise. The transaction was straightforward. Delivery following morning. Everything was as stated. They are very correct people and the buggy design and quality is excellent

Jon & Matt are two guys who know exactly how to run a very successful business. They are professional in every aspect of their approach and assistance to their customers. I searched the internet for a decent one seater Buggy. No one could come close to BuggEase with their service. They delivered my buggy to my golf club and never placed any pressure on me to buy. However when I saw the beautiful Grey Buggy there was no way it was going back as it fits my requirements perfectly. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys and their company. Well done Bugg Ease and thank you so much for all your support.

Brilliant products and services.
My late father bought a buggy from Bugg Ease in early 2025. He told me all about the great service he received from the point of enquiry to delivery of his golf buggy. He only got to enjoy it for a few months before sadly he was diagnosed with a terminal illness in the summer 2025. Sadly he died in Nov. 2025. We contacted Bugg Ease after his death to enquire about selling it back to them. They were brilliant from start to finish. They bought the buggy back at a great price and collected it. The icing on the very big cake was when they didn't quibble when we lost the charger and weren't able to return it. Very professional, graet value and above all kind and personal in a world where there isn't much of that anymore!

My experience of Bugg Ease is first class. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who puts the customer first. I recently purchased my 2nd new Buggy from Matt after having 3 trouble free years of riding my buggy at my golf club. My course is very hilly in parts but this Buggy copes with it without any problem. Matt was prepared to put himself out by travelling to his premises out of office hours to discuss the new purchase with me. Leigh also came to the premises also very early (again out of normal hours) so that I could pick up the Buggy in time for me to play in a competition. I would highly recommend Bugg Ease and I certainly will not look elsewhere if I decide to but another new buggy in the future. Put simply, first class service, very professional and a company that puts the customer first.

Great business to work with, responsive, polite and very helpful. Took delivery of my buggy last week after only a 4 day delivery period and so far, really pleased with the build and operation of the buggy. A real pleasure to deal with such a proficient and polite company.

As an ex tour player and living in America for 25 years, i have riden on a lot of makes and models of buggies. This one, is second to none. It’s great fun to drive and due to the unique construction, with the twisting front end, is incredibly comfortable. As great as the buggy is, their customer service is even better.
I can’t say enough about the product or people at bugg-ease. Simply amazing. Thankyou John and Matt
