Bought the Stand and Go buggy 18 months ago.

6 months after buying it the track rod ends needed replacing. They sent individual parts and we replaced them. They were replaced August 2025 under warranty so no issues there. They did say they were going to contact the manufacturer as it wasn't right they should have needed replacing so soon. Less than one year and they need replacing again. This time however they only sell whole track rods and so at a cost of £142.98 and last less than I year????
Buggy has always been well maintained and kept indoors. It has also been infrequently used.
There are alternative buggies on the market. Maybe should look at them and avoid this one

Fantastic service took my buggy in with a noise from the motor or gearbox. Problem was the gearbox job done in an hour very reasonable on price highly recommend this Company.

Outstanding customer service.

Ordered the Xtrider in November and was told a shipment was due in January, paid the deposit and even visited the shop where I was told my order was going to arrive mid to late January on the second order shipment. You can imagine my surprise when I received a letter saying 'We are happy to inform you your order is now in the control of Powerhouse and is on the ship enroute to the UK' this was somewhat of a surprise as the next communication I was expecting was to collect my order before the end of January!
I was also informed the order was now going to take 8 weeks as the ship has to take the long route. My order is now due in March which is a coincidence as they are now taking deposits for a Xtriders for March??
I also got an email from Powerhouse basically asking for feedback on my recent purchase as if I have received my order??
I replied to the email stating I have not received my order so cannot leave feedback however I have had no response???
Disappointed with the order time as I was told January not March and not happy with getting communication via letter as a simple phone call would have sufficed.

Welcoming StoreFor several years, I've relied on their services, and during my recent trip, I picked up the new Atlas golf buggy with a roof. This model is a step up from the previous one, and it’s showing to be superior. It features a more powerful motor, full independent suspension, and the addition of a full screen and roof that provides protection from harsh weather. The cost is justified, and the customer service is outstanding.

Used my recently purchased Stand and Go golf trolley for the first time today. Not played for best part of a year due to painful feet, so only played 9 holes, but it was an absolute game changer. I’m at the upper limit of what it is rated to carry, but it had no problems with the hills and only dropped one bar of power in 9 holes.
Really easy to use, after 5 minutes it was second nature. I’ll be out tomorrow to give a full 18 a go.

How fantastically well you've sorted me out with a Great golf buggy,The Buggy 2 Go . After getting a golf buggy from another company,and having endless problems,of which nothing was covered by the Warranty, they were a waste of space.From that I went to Powerhouse and was highly satisfied with everything they did for me.From checking my previous battery,to sorting me out with the buggy I have.ive had No problems at all in the 6 month I've had it.Couldn't thank you enough,

Have purchased 3 ride on buggies over the past few years and the service has been excellent

Bought Atlas golf buggy, however feel the buggy is too narrow and consequently feel somewhat unsafe on side slopes. Unlike the Titan Elite which I had previously and is wider and feels safer on side slopes.

Very professional, excellent communications, very helpful and a great product.

My previous Titan S was a great buggy until the connecting rod snapped causing the buggy to go backwards down the fairway throwing me off, I bought a replacement from Powerhouse and fitted it but the electrics had been damaged, I bought a new Titan S from Powerhouse, which was delivered very quickly and my old one was returned and a price given for it.
I do like the new buggy and will continue to shop at Powerhouse.

I brought an Xstrider, had a few early problems which Powerhouse dealt with.
Since then I am delighted with it, it has allowed me to continue playing 18 holes of golf 4/5 times a week, easily goes in the car. Have now done nearly 200 miles on it. Lyndon was very good in replacing a bolt for the umbrella holder, which I lost.

I’ve been using their service for a number of years. On my last visit I’ve purchased the new Atlas golf buggy with a roof. It’s an up grade from the last one and so far it’s proving to me better, it has full independent suspension more power motor and having a full screen and roof it helps keep some of the bad weather off you
The price is well worth it, and the service is excellent
