1st delivery was prompt in good time the 2nd delivery of missing part took a little longer but now I have everything the product does a good job in testing starts easily and cuts well

Delivery was good haven't used it yet but seems good quality.

I received some floor mats from my Mazda BT 50 2021 a few weeks ago. I tried them in the car and quickly realised they do NOT fit my car despite their advertising. The rear floor mat was way too long and would go up the sides of the back doors. The box & mats also say they suit a Ford Ranger so maybe they aren't truly suited to the Mazda,
I quickly emailed Bugout about the issue and that I'd like to return the product. They responded with 'since the product has been opened, we cannot give you a refund.'
How can I ensure the product fits if I'm not allowed to open the box? This is what I sent back to them.

They asked for a video, which I sent on 5/9/24 and have not heard back despite sending 2 follow-up emails.
Customer Service is horrible and clearly they product is falsely advertised.
I was hoping to resolve this issue quietly and quickly but it seems they won't respond.
I hope someone checks out the reviews prior to buying (which I unfortunately did not do)!

Received in good condition and promptly.
The upper control box does not seem to work (wont shut motor off when full pressure), but the pump works well and I am happy.

Fridge was delivered after only a few days. The 240v power cord comes as a separate delivery. I contacted bugout and they were quick to respond and the cord's arrived a business day later. Very Happy

I've got a roof rack that didn't fit quite well, and the brackets are now allowing water to dripping inside the car.
I did send an email trying to arrange a refund one week ago and haven't got any assistance so far.

Great price for a powerful piece of kit. Arrived today, 26/9/24., nearly 5 days earlier than expected.

Extremely Impressed, 4.5hp Giantz chainsaw, 20" bar, comes with 2 chains, a spare spark plug, gloves, safety glasses, 600ml mixing bottle for fuel, earmuffs, tools like plug spanner, allen keys ect.

First run, made a 10" jarrah log look like a slab of butter. How do they sell these things for $116 + $20 p+h and make money?

Item arrived in good condition and in quick time. Have yet to install and test cooling ability. The 12 / 240 volt ability at this price is a winner for camping or 2nd house unit.
