Order made. Parcel still hasn't arrived. No communication what so ever
Order was made. Received receipt with tracking number and company whom to pick up. 3 weekly been still no parcel. Emailed and called bugout Australia with no reply. Called courier company they stated no such pick up was made. My item is still in despatch at bugout Australia. Same answer as my tracking is telling me. Very poor not happy at all

This is a follow up review to which I expressed my annoyance with being asked to review something the instant you make a purchase, no point obviously. Now, goods purchased have arrived undamaged as ordered and may I say very promptly. The transaction was without any problem and to Bugouts credit they did respond to my initial review which wasn’t an attack on them rather to question. I realise these reviews requests are generally automated but they did say in response they will delay such for 2 weeks now to give people a better opportunity to respond with useful and more insightful reviews. Good on you Bugout and thank you. Thanks to Trustpilot too for showing this kind of process is monitored and indicates to reviewers someone is listening.

My new pressure washer doesn’t work
My new pressure washer doesn’t work. I contacted the customer service and told them that I couldn’t start the machine. I was advised to change spark plug. I did and still doesn’t work. I sent them an email. So no answer from them. Very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Appearance good, design and built quality are acceptable

Manufacturing quality is acceptable.
A bit difficult to install with soft garment straps that tend to get peel off easily.
