Item arrived on time. Product as described. Excellent!

I bought a six stage water pump and it is great. It was easy to install. It arrived with in days of the order. It is quieter than my old pump and has much more pressure. I recommend this pump.

My order hasn't arrived. I've rang
Hunter tracking and they said they have only received half the order. No one from bugout will contact me. I need this order asap.
I ordered my trampoline on the 2.3.24. It was due to be delivered on the 8.3.24. I contacted Hunter tracking and they said they were only allocated one box and they needed two. I emailed bugout on the 12.3 24 asking what was going on with my order - no response. I emailed again on the 14.3.24- no response. I rang Hunter tracking again today and they said no allocation was add by bugout Australia. I message bugout Australia and requested a full refund. I received a Email back finally saying the would have contacted the courier. I called Hunter tracking to confirm this and they said they don't have a tracking number on the inquiry. I couldn't fine a phone number for bugout Australia.

I tried getting this winch from the actual XBullAU company and it took a week to get to Australia from overseas and then sat at Brisbane for a week before I emailed to see what the hold up was….. the shipping company actually lost it so I cancelled the order. I got this delivered to my door from Bugout in 4 days and paid $20 less. Bugout was buggin’ awesome!

The parcel was delivered perfectly and in a timely fashion to the depot but we had to search out which depot it was sent to. It would help to communicate to the customers where the parcel can be collected.

Good product as advertised. Price was competitive

On first review. Worked great! Long cord. Easy to put oil and fuel in, Easy to start really impressed beyond words.
2nd day went to clean roof...after 1 hour the nozzle stopped spraying...
Checked the hoses. - working from house to machine.

Can't get the hose off machine (despite only hand screwed.) OK alot of pressure. Looked at the pressure valve release. In event of too much pressure that would discharge water to release it? Nope. Tried to loosen it.
Out came the pressure/water Hose is now working. Put pressure valve back on. Nope it has snapped.

Over $400 and didnt even work a full day. Have contacted their website, Will be asking for refund or replacement. 😞

Unfortunately have heard nothing from "bug out Australia"... no phone or email. Which is disappointing.
Two emails have gone unanswered. But i did get a almost immediate reply on this site after going public
I'm not going to blame bugout Australia. This product is on other sites, bug out Australia likely didn't design it, or create it and due to cheap/poor design it failed. But buyer beware they don't seem to care after the cash is handed over faulty product or not.

Website easy to navigate product has plenty of information to make a purchase.

Easy and effective service in buying the equipment. Appreciate the price piint and delivery charge. Couldn’t be more happier.
