Poor Communication
I ordered online and 2 days later was informed there had been a mistake, there was no stock so a refund would be issued. I then ordered from elsewhere only to be told the next day to expect a delivery! I tried calling back but was hung up on so sent a message to be told not to worry they would recall the delivery and issue a refund. Lo & behold the delivery of the item I was told was out of stock turned up today. Not an ideal scenario for my 1st purchase from the website

Packaging was intact but contents were damaged and crumpled, so bad it could have leaked. This damaged tin was packed this way. Luckily I needed to use it right away and so no damaged done.
