Incomplete order sent out
Incomplete order sent out, missing item completely forgotten about by them, had to make contact numberous times to chase up, only to be told it on its way, turns out it wasn't true, it never turned up. Had to request partial refund, which was done quickly.
The Worst thing is that on their website it states in the item is in stock.

There meant to be stretch work trousers as advertised. No stretch in them at all. That was the only reason I bought them. They will have to do as started a new job. But wouldn’t be buying them again.

Only gave 1 star cos I couldn't leave…
Only gave 1 star cos I couldn't leave zero. Waste of space, Missing items from order promised 3 days later, still not turned up after 5 days. Phone enquiries are a waste of time on hold for 20 mins each time (always seem to be position 3 in queue) Emails ignored. There are far better suppliers to deal with. I would use them instead of this one
