Items are very competitively priced. Delivery is quick. Lost 1 star as delivery was quoted as 1-5pm but turned up at 11.30 - lucky we were in. Would def use again

Unfortunately, after your order was placed, we were advised by our courier of delivery restrictions affecting your area, which meant we were unable to fulfil the delivery. We appreciate that this should ideally have been identified before your order was accepted, and apologise for the disruption this caused to your plans.
As confirmed in our email correspondence on 14th October, your order was refunded in full that same day, with the usual 3–5 working days allowed for the funds to appear in your account.
We understand your disappointment, especially when you then had to source the materials elsewhere at short notice, and we're sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion.

Ordered 4200 roof tiles roughly 600+ were broken, spent more than 6 hours of my time in and out the store trying to get a refund each time I was told to wait 2+ hours while they spoke to the manager upstairs this happened twice and spent hours chasing on the phone

After ordering a small item from builder depot and having to pay additional delivery fees the item has never arrived, I have chased a few times to be told they are looking into it and will come back to me. Today I have been promised that they will come back to me with a solution. I'm not holding my breath.
