Ordered some to Tovcol adhesive as the…
Ordered some to Tovcol adhesive as the price was competitive. Only half of the delivery arrived, and was late. Second half followed a few days later. The product itself if good, but was already partially cured when it arrived, because of poor storage/handling. This meant roughly 1/4 of each tub was unusable. I would not buy from here again.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment caused by both the delivery delays and the condition of your adhesive.
Having reviewed your delivery, we can confirm that your order was dispatched as two parcels. Unfortunately, one parcel was incorrectly routed to another depot by the courier, resulting in the deliveries arriving separately. Our Customer Service team raised this with the courier and followed up to ensure the outstanding parcel was delivered. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Regarding your concerns about the adhesive being partially cured, we're particularly concerned to hear this, as products should arrive in a suitable condition for use. We've checked our Customer Service records and haven't received any correspondence from you regarding the condition of the adhesive.
We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. Please contact our Customer Service team with photographs of the affected tubs and details of the quantities impacted so we can review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

The click and collect system is absolutely faultless. Place an order online and drove to the depot, didn’t even have to get out of my van as my order was brought to the van. Very efficient and polite staff.

Unfortunately, after your order was placed, we were advised by our courier of delivery restrictions affecting your area, which meant we were unable to fulfil the delivery. We appreciate that this should ideally have been identified before your order was accepted, and apologise for the disruption this caused to your plans.
As confirmed in our email correspondence on 14th October, your order was refunded in full that same day, with the usual 3–5 working days allowed for the funds to appear in your account.

Ordered 4200 roof tiles roughly 600+ were broken, spent more than 6 hours of my time in and out the store trying to get a refund each time I was told to wait 2+ hours while they spoke to the manager upstairs this happened twice and spent hours chasing on the phone

After ordering a small item from builder depot and having to pay additional delivery fees the item has never arrived, I have chased a few times to be told they are looking into it and will come back to me. Today I have been promised that they will come back to me with a solution. I'm not holding my breath.
