Having reviewed your correspondence, we can confirm that you contacted us at 7:55pm on Wednesday, outside our Customer Service opening hours. Our team responded the following morning at 7:53am, requesting further information about the consignments you had received.
Your order was dispatched across four separate consignments, and our tracking records now indicate that all four have been delivered. Our Customer Service team also emailed you on Friday morning to confirm this.
We understand that receiving an order in multiple deliveries can cause confusion, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you believe any items are still outstanding, please respond to our Customer Service team's email with details of what is missing so we can investigate further.

I am a DIYer here in London. Everything was either trade business or very expensive materials for personal use. I found Builder's depot online. Their website was easy to use and prices are very reasonable. Delivery was also a breeze! Customer service was also great! I will order here from now on! Everything was superb!

Damaged goods
Avoid at all cost. Received goods damaged but would not replace or refund. In hindsight I should’ve inspected everything when it arrived but due to my disability I was unable to and waited for plumber to inspect. Four items were damaged and their customer service is atrocious

Having reviewed your order and correspondence, we can confirm that your goods were delivered on 2nd October, with the damage first reported to us on 15th October, 13 days later.
We appreciate your explanation regarding why you were unable to inspect the goods upon delivery. However, following a review of the photographs, proof of delivery and information available, we have been unable to establish that the reported damage was present at the time of delivery.
Whilst we ask customers to report any damage promptly so that it can be investigated, we recognise that circumstances can sometimes make this difficult.
Our Customer Service team reviewed your claim and explained the reasons for the decision. Unfortunately, based on the available evidence, we were unable to authorise a refund or replacement.
We apologise for the time taken to reach a decision and the frustration this has caused. Should you have any additional evidence regarding the condition of the goods upon delivery, we remain happy to review this.
