Builderscrack.co.nz Reviews

The platform is great! Gave us access to the tradies who were willing to do a job. We would not have found this number of great builders otherwise.

Great way to source a reliable, well reviewed tradesperson. Will definitely use again.

First time using Builderscrack couldn't have been any easier.
Fast efficient and well priced.
We definitely be back with the next project.

Have used them three times already and it saves the hassle of googling and finding the best options for your job as the tradies message you with their profiles to pick. Simple to use and highly recommend.

Was able to get a stressful job done quickly, at short notice, and at an affordable price.

Would use Buildercrack again, easy to navigate and contact tradespeople.

I have used Builders Crack in the past. I live in Auckland and acting on behalf of my brother in hospital, the property and job was in Wellington, so it was easy to find a suitable Firm that could do the job with minimum hassle.

Ben was amazing. He took on the work and completed it to a high standard. Work was done on budget and on time. I’d use him again if needed

Builders crack has made the process even easier with less emails chasing you up I was happy to use them.

We had a Tradie within an hour, job completed the next day. We will definitely be using Builders Crack again

Great website. Easy to use and quick results. Only used twice but excellent both times

Super professional and Foxglass were amazing and a great price and workmanship. Thank you

Trying to line up a tradie can feel daunting but Builderscrack made the process easy. I'll definitely use Builderscrack again.

After leaving an honest review for a tradie I used, I received a call from the tradesman who directed racial abuse at me, telling me to go back to where I came from, which was on speaker phone and heard by my wife and daughter. I reported this to Builderscrack with full details and proof of the call time. Their response? Because the tradesman gave a different story and I didn’t have a recording, they refused to act.
Their “zero tolerance” policy is a sham. Builderscrack protects tradies, not homeowners.

This website is complete bullshit they get you to subscribe to a plan and buy tokens . If you use your tokens to quote a job and the owner of the job doesn’t use you ?, you still lose those tokens that you spent . Also the token prices are ridiculous. $100 for 100 tokens , most jobs are maybe between 50 and 100 tokens . The homeowner can just pick your brains for a quote and muck you around and then if they choose not to use you, you lose those tokens. There is no refund and no security for the tradie . The homeowner doesn’t get penalised for mocking us around and wasting our time . If you are someone who just started a business and you want to use Builderscrack? , I 100% advise you to not waste your damn time and hard earned money with this website like I have .

The service was so quick and easy to use. I would always use Builders Crack everytime I need a trades person.

I find Builderscrack so easy to use. Very quick simple way of getting quotes and awarding jobs. Love this service!!!

I like using Builderscrack. Takes the hassle out of finding trades, particularly for smaller, one off jobs.

Helpful and friendly support team, quickly resolved any issues I had and were as fast as you can get for replies. Much appreciated, thank you!
