Don't buy with this company unless you…

Don't buy with this company unless you are absolutely sure you will keep the product. They give no refunds or ability to return the items. I bought $85 pair of jeans wrong size. Would not let me return or refund. Offered me $7 as a gesture of goodwill - never again!

This company is a Scam. They charged my account more than my order actually was. The tracking site is fake. They do not answer emails and they won’t refund the money they stole from my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I hate these jeans

I hate these jeans. The Tall length is very short & I’m 5’6”. Also the Petite size is too loose. I’m 130lbs.
Upon trying to return these the company says they do not support returns!!
They offered a $4.00 credit, REDICULOUS. I say “Do not order from this company.”

Horrible quality

Horrible quality! I did NOT receive what I paid for. They also charged me MORE than what my order total was.

Update: They responded to this post and I already reached out to the email. They told me the cost for shipping the item back is more than the item so I cannot return it.

Update: They are no longer responding to emails! This company is a total scam!

I have tried numerous times that my order was not received and they keep reappearing the same roboting answer over and over that it was delivered which it was not, told them you can’t have three tracking orders for one item , I went to the post office and they said they have no such tracking number nor did they deliver my item and that this may be fraud , they don’t reply to rectify this situation before,, very dissatisfied! They reached out and still insist it was delivered which it wasn’t, I personally went to the post office and said there can’t be three tracking numbers and we did not deliver the package and this is possibly fraud , I submitted my order number which they did not have and still no satisfaction even I paid shipping insurance ,,, what a scam and a sham!!! Don’t do business with these people ever!!!!

SCAM- do not buy from here

SCAM- do not buy from here! I ordered a pair of “jeans” that look like they were sewed by a five year old. Seams are falling apart. The worst material I’ve ever experienced. Can’t believe I feel for this!

Wish I could give a zero!! DO NIT IRDER FROM BULETBOARD!!!! I have been asking to return and item and have been asked to seek it to a friend and receive $2 when I said no they raised to to $6. I sent them
A picture of their return policy asking for a return address and they have not given me that info. They tell me it will cost me too much to ship it back to get a refund. I spent $44 on a pair of jeans. This is the worst service ever DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I will keep fighting them on this

You can see the response from
Buletboard below pretending like they care to try and resolve this but I guarantee I have gone back and forth with this customer service for multiple days and they are doing nothing but avoiding my questions on how to return this. I have asked multiple times for the return address without any answer to my question. So don’t be fooled by the response below!!!!!

After sending copies of emails with customer service to my credit card dispute center, I was able to get full refund from my credit card after the investigation.
Never heard back from BuletBoard “customer service”
Will never fall for this again.

Missing order number

Edit* It appears even your response to reviews are automated! I have just sent a third email, I don't have any order information as I wasn't given an ORDER NUMBER! That is the issue! I have forwarded all the PayPal info from the purchase, as that is all I have...... I need the Order Number Please!
What is with this company? Once I placed my order I received an email saying "Order Confirm" then in the email it said, "You left an order in your cart" which I did not. Funny how they took my money for that order in cart. I have checked PayPal for any sort of order number but nothing seems to be the number needed. So I have emailed them asking for my order number. The response was "Thank you for your reply.
The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit.
The system has not updated the latest shipping information.
We have urged them to update it.
If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback.
Sorry for the inconvenience."
I haven't even received an email notifying me of shipment, let along it being in transit. How dodgy are these people?

5 Star Reviews IDont Think So

Read all the 4 and 5 star reviews and how they use the same stilted language and descriptions. Totally fake to try & cancel out the warning SCAM 1star reviews. Trust Pilot says they have fraud detection software that's "really good" but it sure missed these! Also researched and found that their profile info on here "about us" is STOLEN word for word from another company and with a fake picture. I found the company and warned them too. They contacted Trust Pilot but they have not removed the content so I guess we can't "trust" Trust Pilot to actually have accurate, honest companies on here, recognize fake reviews or call out scammers. So dishonest to steal content and sell subpar products.

If I could leave a negative rating it would be a ten . I bought a brow microblading / liner. First off they overcharged me $5. They would’ve never reimbursed me had I have not said something. I’m wondering how many people don’t say annything and they get away with it . They said it was a clerical error. Yeah right . It’s been two weeks since I placed my order so I’m wondering where the eff it is and I go to pull up the tracking number they provided to me and it’s non existent. Do not purchase from this company it’s a scam . I’m going to dispute my charges with my bank .

Where does one begin to explain how bad…

Where does one begin to explain how bad the customer service is with this company. It is almost as bad as their products. I can only imagine the majority of good reviews are paid for. I ordered an eyebrow microblade pen actually, I fell for ordering two. The colour is meant to be dark brown but is clown hair orange. I requested a refund only to go back and forth with them each time offering me $ 4 USD as compensation and I can keep the product. The last email even almost of a passive-aggressive nature explaining that I have no option as I would have to return it to China and that it would cost me a lot of money. I find this to be fraudulent so see it as my duty to spread this information every opportunity I get. As I said in the last email this will cost them more in sales than if they had refunded me.

Scam Artists

I rated this a "1" because "0" wasn't available. On September 11, Paypal dispatched funds to this company and their sister company (two different orders--I didn't realize both operated under the same terrible umbrella. I got several weird looking tracking updates, but once the packages supposedly cleared Customs in the US, I've heard nothing.

I contacted both of them today (11/2/24). I was informed that I could, AT MY EXPENSE, reorder the items. Like I'm going to do this again.

I've read to not bother with asking Paypal or my Visa for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM BULETBOARD OR LANDSCAPTE/LANDSCAPET.

Horrible scam ripoff company

This is my second review of this company. I ordered eyebrow makeup on Sept. 13. It is now Nov. 2. Every time I inquire about my order, I am told it is still on its way to me! When I posted my last review, someone from buletboard responded saying I should write to them and they would take care of it. I wrote to them AGAIN, probably the 8th time or more, and got another response saying the product is still on its way. The so-called tracking company has no updates and buletboard does not seem willing to refund me. Do not ever order from them!

Don’t buy from Buletboard

Jeans ordered did not match the size chart. I ordered Tall version and they are At least 2 inches shorter than size chart. Customer service offered me 4, then 6 then $8us refund on $40 purchase to keep the jeans. They don’t fit, I don’t want them, they refuse to accept the product does not match the description. I can post them back to China which will cost me approx $25. They refuse to provide free return. Every way I’m out of pocket.
Not worth buying from them. Will never purchase again.

Save yourself the hassle and frustration...don't order from them!

EDIT: after what I thought was a sincere response, I sent over the information that was requested righ5 away and two days later, have still not received a follow up response.
I'm so sad that I didn't read up on this company before ordering. I ordered bras from them, thinking it was a killer deal. I started to panic after I placed the order because there was no information provided about approx delivery dates or shipping details. Asked for them to cancel, no luck. I did finally get a tracking number and received the product, approx three weeks later. AWFUL quality and crazy sizing! Two of the three bras look like they were tried on and returned, one had a long dark hair on it (definitely no one in my home). I sent something right away and have even gone through Paypal to request a return. Paypal refers you to the original shipper to find resolution. They respond at 4am asking questions as opposed to just sending information to return the items. I sent something again today, we'll see how long it takes to get information to ship the product back for a full refund.
