I think if anyone does their research (I did) and realized that all the positive reviews are first-timers. Like I get how someone has to start somewhere and make their first review. But...ALL of the positive reviews are first-timers? I believe anything after three times is more than coincidence. There was a gentleman on here, and I quote he said, "scam, scam, scam". And after much perusing and thought, I agree with him.

Bulk Bookstore has been amazing to work with. We had several very large orders and they were delivered very quickly to us.

For the past year, our organization has been purchasing books for a pilot project. After comparing multiple vendors, Bulk Bookstore was always the most cost effective, regardless of the quantity being purchased.
Devon and her team have been amazing! Devon was very responsive and patient as we figured out which books we needed. We had shipments to multiple places throughout the state. Devon created a shared spreadsheet, so our teams could share information and track shipments in real time.
We also needed a large quantity of a particular book. Devon and the Bulk Bookstore team coordinated with the publisher and were able to run a re-print of the book for us! Bulk Bookstore's attention to detail and level of customer service is unparalleled! I highly recommend working with them!

Bulk Bookstore has a great inventory! We've had several orders for years now. Each time, the process is streamlined and convenient. They are always patient with us when issues arise and are quick to resolve issues with orders. Thank you for the excellent service and support for our community.

We have been using Bulkbookstore for years and cannot recommend them enough. Their website is an incredible tool, and the salespeople are responsive, friendly, and professional. On the rare occasion I ask a question they don't immediately have an answer for, they are back with an answer before the end of the day. On top of all this, their pricing is unbeatable. Honestly, I could probably put up with salespeople who were not great with this pricing. But this is not the case with Bulkbookstore. They are our first and ONLY stop for purchasing bulk book orders. We look forward to using them for many more years!

All staff I have communicated with are very professional and always work so quickly to see that we receive everything in a timely manner. I have dealt mostly with Mike and he is always so pleasant to talk to and I never have to worry that our orders aren't being handled!

I ordered books on July 31 and was promised a delivery date of August 14. Prior to August 14, I contacted the company to make sure things were still on track. They informed me that everything was fine. Nothing was delivered on August 14 - and after a lot of back and forth, the company finally admitted that the order hadn't been shipped out yet. I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. The company refused. They say they are sending out the books. When? They do not know. I am now scrambling to get the books I need elsewhere and spending a lot of money doing it. I am also still out the money for the NON-delivery of books from this company. The customer service just says "we're looking into this" or "we're escalating" - but they do not seem to have any real information about shipments, etc.
