I have owned my house for 21 years with AC service each year. This year I called Bullet Proof Air and can honestly say that Jhett performed a thorough, professional job.
He even went above and beyond by fixing a noisy fan. The work was by far the most complete I have seen in 21 years he even waxed the air handler! Dennis Roy Sarasota

Love their product.

I use their vanilla coffee creamer with mct. Couldn't imagine starting my day without it. Not that coffee creamer is solely responsible, but I am down over 30 lbs and MCT has played a role in my weight loss.

I don't recommend their subscription plan. What a pain in the butt. Just look around at Walmart, Amazon, and other retailers and you're bound to find a discount. I repeat, do NOT get on their subscription plan. Do buy their Vanilla Creamer, it's awesome.

Update to my prior Review for this Company

Update to my prior Review for this Company: Even though the Company shipped my product, and it delivered to my PO Box, they granted the refund, and told me that they could not accept the product back, and that I may keep it or donate it to someone. Hopefully, the Company will fix its website and email issues to offer the customer a more transparent experience. Thank you BulletProof for righting a wrong situation. I have increased my score for this Company.

eCommerce Website Issues and Dishonest Business Tactics

I was sent a discount code by BulletProof without being given the rules that apply to it. I went to my subscribe and save screen to reactivate my subscription using my discount code. I upped the item quantity from 1 to 2 and entered the discount code. The webpage did not put my quantity into the cart so that I would know that I was entering a purchase with an increase in quantity, nor did the page show me that I could or could not use the discount code. The webpage did not change at all, therefore, I did not know what was being tabulated or not being tabulated. If I pressed a button, the webpage would tabulate, but not let me know what it was doing so that I could verify the amount I would be paying for the order, so that I knew that I could afford it. I contacted the company via email while I was in the process of this because I was not seeing what I was purchasing and the total cost. I was told I could not use the discount code with subscribe and save. The issue of me not seeing anything related to a purchase was not addressed.

All eCommerce websites tell me if I can or cannot use the discount code I enter, and all eCommerce websites tell me what I am purchasing with every change I make on the screen, and provide me with a total purchase amount so that I know what my charges are. This website did not do any of these things but emailed me a confirmation email for a purchase of $69.43. I immediately emailed BulletProof back to cancel this order and I cancelled my subscription I was in the process of reactivating, as I was not given any confirmation of what I was ordering in order to accept or reject the purchase. I called Customer Service at BulletProof, option 1, 844-640-3003, and the lady told me that once I cancelled the subscription, the order would be automatically cancelled, but BulletProof shipped the products anyway after I had emailed them three emails to cancel my order.

I called the Customer Service Person back and told her what BulletProof did, and she told me to send an email and what to put in the subject line, and what to write into the body and they will process a refund whether or not they ship the product, therefore, I did this. I would like to state that from this point forward all my emails I sent to BulletProof came back undeliverable so that I would not be able to know that I was communicating with them. Although it appeared to me that they did not receive my emails, by the response I received in one email, it appeared that they received my emails. It appears that they have a way to make the customer receive denied email responses when they really receive them.

After I spoke with the Customer Service Person, I received an email from BulletProof, telling me that they have no cancellation policy in place, but will they will try to cancel the order, and let me know if they were able to cancel it at the warehouse, and this was four days ago, and I have received no response. They did not mention the issues with their website as a very good reason to refund my money, and they do not acknowledge them at all. This Company appears to be dishonest by the way they have set their website to work with subscribe and save for eCommerce. I would not purchase from them again by the way they handled my order situation, nor would I recommend this Company or Supplement to anyone.

As far as the website is concerned, this Company has issues with how it's eCommerce website works. Make sure that you see the actions you make on the page, and that they are not hidden from you. When you receive a discount via email, make sure you ask for the rules to use it before you go to the website to use it as their webpage does not tell you if you can or cannot use a discount code. If you reactivate a subscription, and you change the quantity, and do not see a total subscription amount, do not leave blindly, but email the Company to ask what is being totaled, you can easily make a mistake and place an order that you do not realize that you did as no information is seen from any keystrokes.

Dave's Gone. So is the quality.

Bulletproof is not the same after Dave sold to a mega corp. Customer service has gone downhill. More importantly the products have too. They are not the high quailty as they used to be. The company is not reporting as much data because they are cutting corners. I have switched to other brands. I can not trust the quality anymore.

I am an avid bullet proof

I am an avid bullet proof, coffee, drinker, and absolutely love love love their products. The last two months their customer service has gone from a 7.5 to a 1.
The packages are at least three weeks late and no one apologizes. There is no customer service phone and when I text to get support, I do not hear back from anyone. I made a large purchase on Black Friday with substantial savings. Apparently the order didn’t go through at all, even though it shows going through on my end so now I have to re-order everything at full price. I hope they can change because I really love the company.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. For some reasons I was left waiting for my package for weeks when it actually had not been delivered for no reason. The lady told me it was up to me to follow up to get a refund. Had I forgotten about it, they would have kept the money. It's pure theft.

Also, no empathy whatsoever on their side. They are super unapologetic and this is what you get!

Instead of resending it, they just refunded me and told me to order again. No questions asked. I wish they would just have reshipped it.

Ultimately, the customer service agent (Kato) doesn't have any concept about what good customer service really is and how to make sure the customer is not being left high and dry.

Won't be reordering again. This is a red flag to me and I'm suspicious now that their products might not be as good as they promote it.

First rate

First of all the coffee is amazing. French roast is so good. The supplements are very very good and not over priced. I ordered some supplements and they are here (UK)just 48 hours later. When an order went missing last year during lockdown they just refunded without question. The customer service is second to non.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, over priced, without a doubt the worst coffee I have ever tasted, a fatty sickly smell and flavour. Very short coffee life (3 weeks). I would not recommend to anyone.

Biohack thyself!

I'm a pretty big fan of bulletproof. Do yourself a favor and try their coffee. I've sent their products to family. They provide unparalleled quality of health education for free to the world via their podcast, books, and infographics.

Minus one star for two things...
1) They don't publish COAs. Smart consumers want to see COAs verifying that products are not tainted with heavy metals, which many supplements are. It's the duty of ethical health supplement manufacturers to publish COAs for the public to see.
2) Their products are tough to get here in Europe. They are very pricey on Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. I wish they had some more reasonable distribution channels for European biohackers.

No Care There

I thought I'd try some of the oils after watching Dave being interviewed. He seemed like a good honest guy that actually cared. So with this in mind I thought I'll help him live to 180yrs by spending some of my money in his direction.

Yes I could tell that the product was good so never expected to be writing a bad review. It's not so much the products (though some are very overpriced).

So normally I'd lift the lid of the bottle with one hand while holding the bottle with the other. For some reason I decided to do it one handed and flip the lid with my thumb. With that a searing pain shot up from my thumb and I looked down to find I'd impaled my thumb on the super sharp spout. I had cut a deep cut that was approximately 8mm to 1cm long.

I emailed them to advise and got an obtuse response. They'd misunderstood due to a typo. So I explained again and nothing. I thought this odd with all the gratitude stuff they spout (so I've dubbed this bulletproof bullsh!t).

So I chase them up, expecting them to at least say we're so sorry you were hurt. That perhaps they'd address this so no one else had this happen. But no, not an apology in sight.

So I thought I'd drop them another line. I received an email saying they wanted to call me. I replied, advising I wasn't in their continent. To recognise time differences if they did call. Maybe it would be better to deal with by mail. Nothing, no phone call, no email, NADA.

I've chased since and said I will highlight this lack of care. They have made it quite clear, they don't care, that the gratitude line is rubbish.

When they thought I didn't get on with the product they wanted to give me something else to try and a line to someone to advise further. My guess is, because this would keep you buying from them.

But not even an apology and while minor incident, I managed to bleed for a few hours before it stopped.

So while Dave may get to live to 180 off the back of us buying his stuff. I would quite conclusively state he really doesn't want you to live that long. And of course we're all unlikely have stem cell treatment especially if we're emptying our pockets on his over inflated products. These of course won't help us reach a ripe age to mark his cards. We're just an expendable customer base I feel.

I feel duped and uncared for which is supposedly completely against the ethics he supposedly has.

Don't believe the bulletproof bullsh!t
