Contacted my Bank. Told them about the reported issues with Bullion Giant including unfulfilled orders and website having gone down. They have accepted it as a fraud and promptly refunded my money. All terribly depressing and time consuming.

Placed order 7/5/26 to be dispatched on 31:8/26. Nothing received. Website is down. Phone lines are closed. Total scam!! Thankfully I paid by credit card and they are dealing with it.

I had previously orders from them and received the gold in due time but I had ordered from them during the 5% off and till this day I haven’t received it their number and website doesn’t work and Iv contacted the police about this potential fraud .

I placed a 20 gram order on 31st August and I was told that order order will
Be dispatched on 4th September 2026 to arrive on tracked next day delivery. This also not happened and no communication received from the company and when I tried to contact them their landline and what’s app number are no longer working
. This seems an exit scam. I will request everyone that do not buy any gold or silver from this fraudulent company.

The company seem to have had an exit strategy by taking orders and fold. Their internet site is no longer available, their email is no longer replies and I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back as by luck I paid by Credit card.

I am also a victim of this and have lost a significant amount of money.

placed my order on 7 August, and you took my money without delivering anything. I have also seen numerous other customers reporting the same experience. This is clearly a scam, and your treatment of customers is absolutely disgraceful.

I demand a full refund to my original payment method within 24 hours.

Ordered a 1g PAMP gold bar on 10 June 2026 (Order #26978) and paid £109.32 in full. They originally said dispatch 28 Aug, then pushed it back to 4 Sept. Today is 6 Sept — still nothing. No tracking number, no delivery, order still says "processing".

When I messaged on WhatsApp to ask what was going on — they BLOCKED my number instead of replying. Completely ignored me and cut off contact. Over 3 months and counting, they're still taking new orders on the website while old ones never get fulfilled.

This is not how a legitimate business operates. Avoid at all costs — especially for precious metals, you will lose your money and get ghosted when you ask questions. I've now had to raise a chargeback claim with my bank.

Pros: None. Cons: Never delivered, blocked contact, terrible communication, broken promises.

Ordered on the 30 of june was supposed to be dispatched on 31st of August for next day delivery , i haven’t recieved nothing, i contacted them on whatsapp and they said it will be dispatched on the 4th of september and again i have recieved nothing with no further communication

Definately a calculate scam, i have lost £4,800. Luckily paid it from my credit card and can get my money back but unfortunately price of gold have gone up and now i can’t get the same weight

I placed two separate orders for ½ oz Britannia gold coins with BullionGiant in June 2026 — one on 19 June (£1,582.13) and another on 22 June (£1,577.58). I paid a total of £3,159.71, which is a huge amount of money.

I was originally told the orders would be delivered by 28 August. I then contacted them and was told that they would be delivered on 1 September by DHL.

It is now past the promised delivery date and I have still received neither of my two coins.

I have emailed them and tried to contact them through WhatsApp, but their WhatsApp account now appears to have been deleted/unavailable. I also tried calling, but the call failed with a message saying that no business is registered. Their website is also currently unreachable.

This is especially concerning because gold has increased significantly since I placed the orders. The gold value was around £1,470 per ½ oz when I bought, whereas it is now around £1,730. Because I still don’t have my coins, I have potentially missed around £260 of appreciation per coin.

I was also told by BullionGiant that I was “fully protected on pricing” and that if the gold price increased before dispatch, I would not be charged extra. However, that doesn’t solve the problem of not receiving the gold I paid for.

I paid over £3,000 nearly three months ago and still have neither the coins nor a refund. I have now had to contact my credit-card provider to dispute the transactions.

I hope BullionGiant resolves this situation quickly, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution until these delivery and communication issues are resolved.

Beware only one word.

Scammers stay away. Ordered 3 separate bars wirth 20k. All lost.

Very disappointed with my experience with BullionGiant. I placed my order on 7 August, and after the delivery was delayed, I received a message saying that the revised dispatch date would be 4 September. They also offered a 5% goodwill refund once the order was dispatched.

Unfortunately, I received no further response after that. The website is now no longer available, and their WhatsApp contact has also disappeared. This has left me extremely concerned and frustrated, especially considering the amount of money involved.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious and make sure they are fully confident in the company before placing an order.

I bought gold there few times before. When they close website and gave discount it was suspicious. How is possible refresh website for half year, or all brand of gold was available what never happened before. It was stink financial pyramid. I was waiting for reopen website just to confirm my thoughts. And happened. They build trust for 15 years and scam people. Pure people. I pray for you, but you'll never get your money back. Court will send someone to jail for one year and that's it.
