company a complete scam bought a 5g bar of gold on 26th june with delivery set for 31st aug i have contacted to no response please do not buy

Its a scam. the new director literally went to prison for drug money laundering. Website down. you can check this out on companies house. damn. ordered aug 20th, still nothing.

I am also a victim of this scam and have lost a significant amount of money.
I strongly encourage anyone who believes they have been affected to take a few minutes to report it to Report Fraud (Action Fraud) through their online reporting service.
Even if one individual report does not lead to an investigation, multiple reports from different victims may help identify a pattern and provide further information for the relevant authorities to consider.

I order 18 july they said it will dispatch in 31 august now september 5 i did not recive any thing the web site whatsapp nothing working

SCAM COMPANY! They promised to deliver it yesterday with next day delivery, but nothing came plus website is down and WhatsApp business account cannot be accessed.

I ordered gold no delivery i have seen other reviews looks like everyone been scammed. Been on to the fraud team with my bank i urge everyone to do same.

This company is a complete scam. They took my money for an order, never delivered the goods, and completely ignored all my refund requests. Shortly after, they locked my account and unauthorized charges appeared. Stay away from BullionGiant.com!

This company is a scam. I bought a 10 gram pump through Klarna and it was supposed to be delivered on August 28th. They said why is it late? I will deliver it on September 4th and I will give you 5% of the money back. If it was all a lie and a scam, I can contact them via WhatsApp. They gave me the size of a 10 gram coin. How are you doing? Take people's money. Rest assured that the worst case scenario will happen to you.

It seems this was an exit scam all along !!

I hope the fraud squad are able to apprehend the people involved & send them to jail !!

The only recourse is to contact your bank or credit card company & hopefully you get your money back.

I absolutely do not recommend this company! You sell precious metals and you do not have professional dealings! My shipment has not arrived yet and you just make excuses that you have a lot of orders! Who cares?! That is your responsibility, not the customers'! Learn professional sales over the internet and do not cheat customers!

Scammers…. Everyone beware they are scammers who took your money and never deliver the bullion which was purchased. The website is down and all the communication is also down. Dont give them your hard earned money as I had a high value order which was supposed to be dispatched on 28/08/2026 then on 04/09/2026 and now they are not responding to email, call or whatsapp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I have contacted the company on a few occassions via watssapp and by email and have not got a response. The bulliongiant.com website has disapeared and i am concerned this is fraud... In july i was assured my order would be dispatched on 28/08/26 then 04/09/26. And i am still waiting and hopeful the orders will arrive today as stated next day delivery but am less than reassured. Is this a scam?

I have been buying from them since 2024 and have never had a bad experience. I had no reason to doubt them. They have been around as a legitimate British limited company since 2011, and had established a good reputation. They, like me are based in Manchester, so I believed I was dealing with a local 'partner'. It looks like doing honest business is too slow and rich is no longer rich enough. They have stolen my money and simply disappeared. That can only happen in a system that is either deliberately porous enough to let thieves escape or is so incompetent that no one cares about any consequences, because they do not exist?

From my credit card i wait for 28/augest /2026 first three days amount pending and when money gone throw after that the make drama with every one make fool now 1st September the y said get your refund or wait for 4september i said no cancel and refund now 6 th September 2026 no from last 22august to 6 September take money and run no what’s app no app no web site no phone no thing working full froud I I visit the Adress by walk there is nothing there big scam I have proop email whats app chat invoice! Let me sorted with bank first if the y are in uk definitely send him to jail.

1st April, came home late night from gym, high on cortisol. News spreading US and Iran came to deal and war is going to end, Gold price started increasing sharply. I was googling to buy gold again and again, found BullionGaint OMG this is a good deal. Looked on TrustPilot for reviews, not that bad, asked chat GPT, started buying gold one after the other bought 4x50g bars.
Came to know it’s scam in two days, didn’t want them to refund, I will lose so much money. Reported banks, they asked to apply after the delivery date.
I have been waiting to report all these days.
Sad I couldn’t help anyone from buying.

I purchased 50 g ,

I placed 2 high value orders and was told they will be dispatched on 28 August 26. On 26/8/26, I contacted them and they confirmed to me dispatch o. Friday 28/8/36, in 2 days time, for next day delivery. On 29/8, nothing delivered. I contacted them and received a "message from the manager apologising for delay apparently due to high volume orders, and promised 100% delivery on 4 September. I contacted them again afterwards and their staff confirmed again delivery on 4th September. Then all telephone closed. I sent a whatsup message earlier this morning seeking confirmation and details. An automated message appeared instantly implying dispatch 4th Septemver, today, but no details. I wanted assurances and details of tracking number ect. Sent several enquires requesting confirmation, no response whatsoever. Around 16:00 whatsup message implying account closed....... Bulliongiant vanished, disappered online, not responsive, telephone closed, whatsup stopped, website disappeaeed.......Big scam!

I have genuinely bought gold from this company and thought that they would send it to me on thev28th August 2026 or the next working day which should have been 1sr September 2026 but so far nothing. I am not interested of any money back because the gold prices have gone down but I would like the gold I bought and paid for over the past year. The website is no longer up nor is the whats app number. I feel cheated and for them to reply to this stating that they have sorted out refund is not true so my advice is to contact you bank so that they can pursue them. Do not order anything from this company until a genuine person gets the gold they have purchased which is really doubtful and I will wait for their reply which will be the same as the other cheated people which lies about new customers. Please do not be fooled like I was, but should they send me the gold I purchase I will apologies and rewrite a review but I doubt it.
