Great company to buy from but do your homework!

If you do your homework you can profit greatly from buying from these guys. Most of the complaints on here are from noobs who don't do their homework on the resell value of the items they are buying. You shouldn't go by the retail value given on the manifests. Look up the product and find the real resell value by doing your homework. I've purchased 100's of boxes from Bulq and I have zero regrets. I just wish they had more inventory for me to purchase all the time.

Buying from BULQ.COM is kind of a crap…

Buying from BULQ.COM is kind of a crap shoot.

I would have to sell the items at a loss because of the high freight charges.

Example the Pallet costs under $300 add to that the $1200 shipping fee for a pallet that would make about $600. That's a loss any way you slice it.

Also BULQ has its own eBay store so again not only are you buying from them yourself to sell BULQ is undercutting you on web-sales.

I don't understand how others are making money but if you can all the more power to you.

Not worth it

They are pretty inflexible, and I found that the items I was making some money on quickly increased in price to the point where my labor had no value. To order from them would be working for free or taking a loss. They would put used items under new items that were photographed on top of the bin.

I would see a lot of stuff with stains, holes, sometimes with wear or odors that were just not worth reselling or unable to sell. I'd say over 25% of the items had some sort of problem, some which could not be fixed. Prices have increased substantially. There used to be a few extra items thrown in each box to help with margins, but now it's down to the wire - you never get any extra items and 10% of it can't be listed due to condition.

The margins are razor thin and I'll be lucky to break even on recent purchases. I regret ordering from them. People don't want to pay 90% retail for a low sell through product that's a return and smells of body odor, when the seller eats 15-20% marketplace fees in addition to the cost of labor to photograph, clean it up, ship it etc.

It seems like BULQ is probably more appealing to newbies who don't know much about ROI. There are other liquidators that respect your value and your labor, and provide appropriate pricing for the condition and margins.

I don't recommend BULQ. They are convenient but they will take your money and leave you with trash mixed in with a few ok items that don't cover the overhead on the box much less the extra effort you have to put in...

So many bad reviews on this Company: Bulq

I was so happy to find Bulq. After doing research on Bulq and reading the reviews. I decided not to give them a try. All the bad reviews are different people saying the same thing about deceptive practices. Wow how disappointing. Somebody need to find a way to shut this business down.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK THIS COMPANY IS GREAT

I have purchased over 70 pallets of merchandise thru this company averaging between 35 to 45 items per pallet.from electronics to general merchandise and i can count on 2 hands the number of unusable or sellable items i had to trash.do the math those are pretty good numbers.you have to do your research.yes sometimes the manifest is higher.but thats why you do your homework.dont just go by the pictures and total retail price.do your work and go thru every item.i have made money 3 times over with this company and will continue to buy from bulq.i dont buy no where but bulq.and the customer service is fantastic.as long as bulq is around i will buy no where else period..do your work and you will come out on top.thank you bulq for your service and your business!

Use Caution when buying from here.

Price of goods is based on original retail price however, often current price is much less. Manifests will show how many of what items, but they don't check quality, many high price items will be broken or otherwise un-sellable.

The actual total cost might be much higher than what is displayed as the website doesn't calculate taxes and fees when displaying price per unit/total cost, this is only shown at checkout,

Each case/pallet will actually be mixed regardless of how it's labeled. For example, an electronics "pallet" will have several pieces of electronics and shoes, decorations and/or other items that are not electronics.

You can get many resalable items you simply need to look carefully and check every price for every item, do not trust the retail value they list as it is usually much lower and do not assume that everything is new, assume items are open-box, used, missing parts or unsellable.

I loved buying from this company .BUT

I loved buying from this company, almost $90,000.00 worth of merchandise. I had a package that said it was delivered, but was nowhere to be found. They banned me from buying anything else from their website after I tried filing a claim. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. I never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Luckily 4 months later my seasonal neighbors from Canada brought my boxes to my doorstep. They were delivered and the owner they leased from had put the packages in their garage. They didn't even try to help me. What a disappointment.

I had some unknown person attempt to buy over $1,100 worth of merchandise from this company fraudulently using my PayPal account. I called them first thing and had refunds to my account within hours. They stopped the orders, refunded the money to me, and seemed like they cared. I last spoke with Brandon who helped with the second refund. PayPal was of no help at all, even claiming that I authorized fraudulent purchases. Needless to say I'm done with PayPal.

They play dirty. Put 1 random expensive item that doesnt match the rest; like a purse in with laptops

they put 1 random item in the manifest that is worth a ton but is actually worth nothing.
For example; they will have a pile of broken laptops and it will have a retail value of $7,000
and if you look at the manifest, there are a bunch of broken laptops at a normal retail (but still broken)
and then there will be a ladies purse thrown in (un inspected of course) for $3000!!!
and they are asking $5000 for the items. ive seen this over and over and over.
they do it with all their lots. huge scam.

My experience with Bulq has been great

My experience with Bulq has been great. My most recent boxes have been full of mixed items. I prefer the target boxes they have or have been able to get in the past. Shalonda has been so helpful with customer service. My overall experience has been great. Looking forward to more boxes.

Someone ordered two items from your…

Someone ordered two items from your website using my papal account. I called and emailed your office and informed the representative of my issue. She told me to call PayPal. Your company received one package back from the Atlanta address and canceled the one to my address but never refunded my money or provided me w/ an explanation. PayPal stated the purchases were authorized by me so I’m out of $1000 and nothing to show for it. I’m extremely disappointed and disgruntled.

Satisfied Bulq Customer

I’m a long time Bulq buyer. I have purchased both cases and pallets and I can say in all honesty, that Bulq is a great company to buy from. I love that everything is manifested, you don’t see that from too many companies. I especially love that they stand behind their products. I have had instances where items arrived broken, spilled or just missing. Customer service is quick to respond when it’s brought to their attention. I’ve purchased from other liquidation companies and never received the level of customer service that I received from Bulq. They are a great company for people just starting to resell to those who own their own stores. You can feel confident purchasing from them.

Bulq used to be Great! Still can be…

Bulq used to be one of my top sources for
Product, however recently (last 8 months) the product selection and quality overall has diminished. Prices are way too high on cases, even a highly experienced seller would have a very hard time profiting on most of the listings that have been available. Your core customer, the beginner, & the part time reseller is struggling currently to do business with Bulq because of product selection and very high pricing. When buyers search for a category they want to be presented with lots containing those items, 80% of the lots are mixed with brands and categories that are nowhere near
Related to each other. This makes it difficult for sellers to source.

A side note, if you don’t live in the central or eastern time zone pallet shipping prices are crazy and make it hard to source any large lots. Your missing a west coast and mountain time zone customer base because of this.

Overall the app and transaction experience is the best around hands down - once they improve product selection I’m immediately a buyer again. Just get back to what was working before!

I like order new items from BULQ…

I like ordering new items from BULQ because I can see exactly what I’m ordering. As a reseller you need to know exactly what your buying so it can be profitable for your business. I wish resellers could customize their cases and pallets to fit their reseller style. I love the auctions and the different pallets and cases for small and bigger sellers

BEST Customer Service and Social Community out there!!

BULQ.com is a wonderful company! For the resellers of the world out there, they have a very expansive inventory to choose from whether you are looking to buy pallets or cases. From baby items, to toys, books, games, clothes, shoes, appliances, etc. they are bound to have something that interests you! And their customer service team is what keeps me coming back. Some of the best in the industry! Always there to lend a helping a hand if you have a question or help you out when you have an issue, they are always helpful and give 5 star service! The only thing I can say as a negative is that there has been a steady downward trendy on the amount of inventory they are offering, but that can be attributed to the shortages most businesses are seeing due to the shipping concerns from the pandemic. All in all one of the BEST sources for inventory for the reseller today!

No integrity with item description, No accountability for "THE BULQ PROMISE"

I recently purchased a box of clothing form BULQ.com. Although the condition was promised as new, there were some items in the box that had no tags, labels, printed branding, or sizing information on them at all. I reached out to BULQ customer service, however, they refused to resolve the matter. They left me with a number of clothes that were promised as new, but cannot be even identified for reselling purposes because there is literally no tags, no labels, no printed brand name or information on the piece of clothing at all. This was my first and last time buying from BULQ.com.

I had an issue with 2 items in a case I had purchased. The items in the case were all supposed to be new, but 2 were clearly not new. I was satisfied with BULQ Customer service in handling the issue. I will be buying more cases and maybe even a pallet. Thanks BULQ!
