Out of all the liquidation/wholesale boxes I have purchased BULQ is the best!! The price and the fast shipping are key to me! And, I know it sounds silly but I love the heavy duty boxes with the handles. Great to reuse.

I mean it's return pallets you're going to have hits and misses before for the most part I make nice profits and I get what I'm supposed to and my merchandise in a timely manner

I was very happy with the two cases I bought with the intentions of doing unboxing with my son. He refused probably because there were no toys and I wasn't going to do it alone. The items were very much as described I had no issues and delivery and overall is extremely positive experience for a first-timer. We will definitely do this again in the future!

Bulq seems to be a good idea for those of us sourcing for resale But I need certain types of merchandise and your cases are always mixed forcing me to purchase items that I do not want to sell. When I say I want to Purchase a category ie. Consumer electronics, that is all I want to see in a case when I look at it not a mix of multiple categories. That being said I think you would have more interest from me if these adjustments to your case sales giving us the opportunity to purchase just the categories we want.

Fast shipping, easily purchase! Only issue was smaller items that were high dollar and on the manifest was missing out of the cases, sunglasses, eye cream, dog flea medicine. Between the 8 myself and buisness partner bought, the package was there and torn open, but product was gone.

I ordered a box of New women’s clothing but received a box of apparent store returns, some articles with damage. I reached out to customer service by email and had an immediate response. My situation was taken care of promptly and courteously. I am highly impressed with the customer service, so rare to find this consideration these days! I would give customer service themselves 5 stars.

Some items broken. Outdated calendars. 30 of them NO USE 20 small pkgs of playdoh, was hard as a ROCK. Very dissastified

Order shipped quickly and manifest was 100% correct. Condition of some of the items was not as described but partial refund was issued quickly. Will most likely order again. Excellent customer service.

*update, I am raising my review from 1 star to 3 because after I posted this review I was contacted by another person at bulq and they reviewed my claim and decided to process more of a refund. I am happy with that, still annoyed that I had to post a negative review to make this happen and that the 10 emails back and forth with the first person wasn't able to accomplish the same thing!

I am new to reselling and decided to go with bulq for my first order. I did a lot of research and found that I should steer clear of returns because you never know what you are going to get. Therefore when I purchased this box of 43 items I did so specifically because it was listed as new which per their website it means never used fully functional. Their policy states they guarantee the condition as well as the accuracy of the manifest. Upon receiving the box I soon realized that of the 19 guaranteed manifest items I was missing 7, of the remaining 12 guaranteed items 5 were not functional, rips and missing straps and buttons...clearly not new. In addition thr rest of the guaranteed 43 new items (24) did not have tags, even size tags or name brand tags on most for me to look them up. So if you are keeping count that means of 43 new items I received 7. I reached out to customer service told them all these facts submitted photos and they decided that $100 was an acceptable refund for sending 20% of what they guaranteed.

I order two bulq boxes that were supposed to be new items and when I open it there was a couple of items that were used. For example, a mini heart waffle maker it still had the butter oil inside and it was dirty. Another item was a steamer for your clothes it had water. Remember I payed for New items.
