Okay, I’m writing this because this is the most amazing company, seriously, that I have worked with online in the last eight years.

And it’s funny because I found them on Reddit, in a thread, when I was lost and just could not find a solution for myself, because I wanted to post three-minute shorts on every social media platform that exists. And every solution on the internet was literally only giving me excuses, limitations and partial answers. But the worst thing was that every time I contacted support and asked a question, they would send me some AI nonsense back.

That was when, again, I went on my quest to find something that actually works.

And surprisingly, when I asked the Bundle Social guys something through their chat window on the main page, I got a response right away, and it was an actual human. They also gave me a free trial to try the app. And I was like, well... I didn’t even know what to think, because I was literally bewildered by the fact that I had a human to talk to, and also they gave me something for free that I didn’t even really ask for.

So, again, because I was so freaking frustrated at that point, I didn’t even think it would be any good. I was just like, okay, whatever, I’ll try it, but it’s probably going to be bad.

So I tried their app, and it just worked...???!!

And even when something wasn’t easy, or every time I encountered some problem, you could literally write in their support chat box and somebody would answer you in minutes (!). I have been using this program for almost a year, and I have not yet seen a time when somebody was not online within minutes. I don’t know how they do it, but you get an actual human. And this just does not exist nowadays.

So I don’t even know why I’m writing this review, because I don’t want more people discovering this program and the price going up, lol. But hey, these guys deserve every word of it, and it’s true.

And I really think it is so refreshing to know that good humans, hardworking humans, smart humans still exist in this world, and that they are still making things accessible to people.

So, really appreciate it. Thank you, guys.

And I don’t even have to mention that I requested new features and they actually did them. Like, where do you get new features implemented just for you on the first-tier level of a subscription? I mean, you gotta go bundle social!

Llevo un tiempo utilizando Bundle Social como API para la gestión de redes sociales y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La integración es bastante fluida y permite automatizar procesos de forma eficiente, lo que ahorra mucho tiempo en la operativa diaria.

Destacaría especialmente la estabilidad del servicio y, sobre todo, el soporte técnico. Responden rápido, con soluciones claras y realmente se implican en resolver cualquier incidencia o duda.

En general, una opción muy sólida si necesitas gestionar RRSS a nivel profesional mediante API.

Great team, great support, keep updating functions

Switched from another social media API platform and the difference in pricing alone made it worthwhile. Unlimited profiles without per-account fees is a huge win if you're managing multiple clients or building on top of the API. Implementation had a few minor hiccups — as expected when changing services — but nothing major. Customer support was consistently responsive and always got back to me within a day. Overall a smooth transition and happy with the platform.

Customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and was very polite and helpful. It didn't feel like a chatbot either. They were very informative of alternative strategies to help workaround some issues I was having.

We've tried pretty much every social media API out there and this one is by far the best. Super straightforward to integrate and has everything you'd want feature-wise. The support is great, their founder Marcel has been helping us since we started using it and is always there whenever we have questions. We've been using them for several months now and honestly we're never switching.

I came to bundle.social with an idea for a product for social media, creating and scheduling posts. Their documentation was superb. The co-founder promptly suggested a meeting for consultation. Subsequently, when I asked for another meeting, he was immediately available. The platform itself works well and is almost unique in its capabilities.

Bundle.social is the best out there. Their social media API is so easy to set up and their documentation is really thorough and mentions everything. Most reliable one I’ve used. Customer service is a stelar 15/10, listens to you and helps you quickly if you have questions.

Bundle.Social does what much more expensive social media APIs do, and they do it better and easier with a lot less headache and a lot lower price. Their pricing is geared towards startups, so it scales when we scale. Their API documentation is super straightforward, really easy to follow, and not at all convoluted.

I was working with a different company before (can I say Ayrshare?), and Bundle.Social has made this step so much easier! My biggest regret is not finding them at the beginning, after probably pulling out some hair using a different software.

The product works good. Customer support is friendly, and helped me with resolving errors/ bugs. Since the time that I've started using bundle.social they have added plenty of new features to keep improving the product. It's a reliable tool.

I first chose for bundle.social since the pricing was way cheaper for my needs compared to alternatives.
The tools fits my endless creativity. With the (api)documentation that they have you can pretty much create anything around it.
