Great customer service - we had to go back to the rental place twice about issues and they sorted it quickly. Quick return time. We had a Europa and it was easy to use all the facilities. Clean when we got it. A small issue with the bathroom sink, which leaked, but wasn't a huge issue. Very helpful - one time we stopped in was just because we were concerned after switching the gas. There was actually nothing wrong, but they still checked everything out in the rain for our peace of mind.

We rented the Aero for a 10-day road trip in Ireland and it was the perfect match for a couple! The van was clean, comfortable and all-inclusive, making our trip a unique experience. The water tank needs to be refilled every 2-3 days, but this is relatively easy in a country like Ireland. Bunk Campers customer service was spot on. The drop-off and drop-off procedures were a matter of minutes. We will definitely choose them for our next roadtrip.

The comfort and Cleanliness of the van.

Great camper van, very accommodating and professional team at hire depot…first experience of a camper van holiday, early season so mostly off grid all went well and we had a great time with no problems.

Great week spent in a clean, well maintained motorhome. Very Friendly and helpful staff who put us at ease about all aspects of using the motorhome. Dropped one star, as team were difficult to reach by telephone prior to trip. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to use them again.

The overall experience was great! From picking up the van, watching the intro video on how to use it, to the great customer service from start to end of the trip. The van was well equiped for everything we needed and the guys were really helpful with any queries. A lot less stressful than I originally imagined prebooking. Highly recommend these guys.

Vehicle was spotless and Steve was very helpful informative in assisting us to choose our first motorhome experience and tips and tricks for our adventure. A credit to your company.
It was also very helpful to have access to safe night Ireland given that it was out of season with limited access to the usual quantity of campsites. Hope to use the company again soon.

Picked up the camper and all the technical features for our comfort were explained. We packed up and took off for a tour around Northern Ireland.
We couldn't fault the camper, cleanliness and service we received from Bunk Campers, it was a great break and the kids loved it. Magical scenery, and history in this part of the island.

This was a first time for us to rent, to see what the motorhome experience was like. Just 5 nights in a small motorhome, with self, wife, adult daughter and small dog, travelling around south and east of Ireland. It was a very enjoyable trip. We were blessed with dry weather, quite something for mid Oct in Ireland! Friendly service, generous early start - motorhome was not being used for several days beforehand so we were invited to pick up 3 hours early; very much appreciated, - plus an additional hour on the last day. Motorhome worked well and wasn't difficult to drive. Would be 5 star rating except there was a little bit of dirt evident around the motorhome; not much but might annoy some people. The 6m motorhome was quite tight for 3 adults as you would expect, but you would get more used to it as time went on. Probably a lot better for just 2 people.

The online booking was so easy, and all communications were timely and straightforward. The staff were so friendly and helpful, that we are considering using this business again.

Loved traveling in the motorhome, the team at Bunk Campers in Belfast were fantastic, however I've only given 4 stars based on the fact the amount of extras that are required for some things that should be included in the price in my opinion.

Extras included bedding, camping equipment, additional fee to reduce security deposit from £2000 to £250 (I believe, figures may differ slightly) toilet chemicals, additional charge for cleaning due to having a dog which I didn't mind paying.

Check in was 4pm with check out at 11am which was disappointing as that's quite late in the day we did check in at 3 though however it took nearly an hour to get the instructions on the van and get going.

Beds were really comfortable, toilet and shower were quite small as expected just drainage was quite slow. Plenty of storage in the van, the app was very useful to answer any how to questions during our trip!

Overall great trip!
