Campervan excellence
We had a fantastic customer experience with bunk campers.
The online booking was so easy, and all communications were timely and straightforward. The staff were so friendly and helpful, that we are considering using this business again.
All round excellence.

Thank you for the great review for our Belfast team!
Loved traveling in the motorhome
Loved traveling in the motorhome, the team at Bunk Campers in Belfast were fantastic, however I've only given 4 stars based on the fact the amount of extras that are required for some things that should be included in the price in my opinion.
Extras included bedding, camping equipment, additional fee to reduce security deposit from £2000 to £250 (I believe, figures may differ slightly) toilet chemicals, additional charge for cleaning due to having a dog which I didn't mind paying.
Check in was 4pm with check out at 11am which was disappointing as that's quite late in the day we did check in at 3 though however it took nearly an hour to get the instructions on the van and get going.
Beds were really comfortable, toilet and shower were quite small as expected just drainage was quite slow. Plenty of storage in the van, the app was very useful to answer any how to questions during our trip!
Overall great trip!

Thank you for the review and feedback.
We do advertise all our extra options which are optional, however do provide peace of mind while on holiday.
As our rates are based on a nightly basis, similar to a hotel, check in is in the afternoon and check out is in the morning.
We are glad you had a good time and found the camper to be comfortable and had a good holiday. We hope to welcome you back again!

A wonderful holiday 😀
I have no hesitation in recommending Bunk Campers Belfast for the service given on the occasion of my recent motorhome rental. Everything was dealt with professionally ad nothing was too much trouble for the team to sort out. A very smooth opperation who I would use again if the opportunity arose again.

Would recommend bunk to any road trippers!
We had a fantastic time travelling the coast of Ireland in our bunk camper. Mark, who got us all set up at the Belfast branch, was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable by checking the van thoroughly for existing scrapes etc so our deposit wouldn’t be affected. The information videos were really helpful whilst getting our bearings and we had no issues with the van whilst on the road. There was even a window at the perfect height to keep our dog amused! I would strongly recommend bunk to any friends or family looking to take a road trip.

The vehicle was well designed and comfortable
1) The SatNav didn't work
2) The bed needed fixing
3) The vehicle has not been properly prepared for handover to us at Dublin
4) The service in Dublin was okay but a piece of paper on the dashboard with our name on it said: No stock
5) Belfast repaired the break in the bed frame
6) Belfast was unable to fix the SatNav and leant us a personal one
7) Edinburgh was excellent at fixing the damage we had caused when they replaced the skylights with no advance notice from us

Thank you for the positive review despite some issues you had while on hire. We experienced some delays with our new stock of bedding kits and camping furniture and are sorry your rental was affected by this. If you purchased any missing items please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you for these.
We hope to welcome you back again!

A great service and very helpful staff
A great service and very helpful staff! Our family thoroughly enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a Europa campervan over the weekend staying at Castleward. The campervan had everything you needed and was very warm and cosy considering the cold weather at this time of year. Would highly recommend.
